Ce programme de d\u00e9veloppement de la g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve monte en puissance avec trois nouveaux forages exploratoires et deux campagnes de prospection transfrontali\u00e8res de grande ampleur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le forage de Satigny est descendu \u00e0 <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">744 m\u00e8tres<\/span> de profondeur. Il a permis de confirmer les pr\u00e9visions \u00e9tablies en surface: il existe bel et bien sous nos pieds d\u2019importantes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019eau chaude. L\u2019eau remonte naturellement \u00e0 la surface \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">33 degr\u00e9s<\/span>, \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit de <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">50 litres<\/span> par seconde. Cela correspond \u00e0 une \u00e9nergie thermique de 20 \u00e0 <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">30 GWh <\/span>par an, soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de la consommation annuelle en chauffage et en eau chaude de\u00a02000 \u00e0 <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">3000 m\u00e9nages<\/span><em>. \u00abLes r\u00e9sultats de ce premier forage exploratoire sont excellents. <\/em>Ils nous permettent d\u2019\u00eatre confiants dans l\u2019atteinte des objectifs que nous nous sommes fix\u00e9s: chauffer 20% du canton avec la g\u00e9othermie d\u2019ici 2035\u00bb se r\u00e9jouit le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d&rsquo;Etat, M. Antonio Hodgers, charg\u00e9 du DT.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de tenir les engagements d\u2019information \u00e0 la population sur l\u2019avanc\u00e9e des travaux, les r\u00e9sultats du forage de Satigny ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au grand public le samedi <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">13 octobre<\/span>, dans le cadre d\u2019une journ\u00e9e portes ouvertes sur place. Des activit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques et ludiques \u00e9tait propos\u00e9es afin de faire d\u00e9couvrir les m\u00e9thodes de prospection et de forage. Il \u00e9tait aussi propos\u00e9 de tester l\u2019eau chaude qui remonte des entrailles de la terre. En concertation et collaboration \u00e9troite avec le DT, les SIG ont pr\u00e9vu de r\u00e9aliser trois autres forages de moyenne profondeur. \u00abCes forages exploratoires nous fourniront l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation de la g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, une \u00e9nergie propre, locale et disponible 24h sur 24\u00bb explique <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">M. Christian Brunier<\/span>, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des SIG. Le prochain forage exploratoire aura lieu \u00e0 Bernex, au d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019. \u00abLa g\u00e9othermie est une \u00e9nergie qui peut permettre \u00e0 notre commune d\u2019atteindre ses objectifs \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et environnementaux tels que formul\u00e9s dans notre programme \u00ab\u00a0sortir du mazout\u00a0\u00bb\u00bb, assure <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">M. Cyril Huguenin<\/span>, conseiller administratif de Bernex.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Campagne transfrontali\u00e8re<\/strong><br \/>\nEn parall\u00e8le, afin de s\u00e9lectionner le maximum de lieux favorables au d\u00e9veloppement de projets de g\u00e9othermie, les SIG r\u00e9aliseront deux nouvelles campagnes de prospection de grande envergure. La premi\u00e8re d\u00e9butera le<span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\"> 22 octobre<\/span> 2018 dans la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Avusy et sondera le sous-sol du canton de Gen\u00e8ve et de France voisine sur <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">125 km<\/span>. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019une telle campagne prend une dimension transfrontali\u00e8re. Des mesures seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur\u00a0<span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">36 km<\/span> en France gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une coop\u00e9ration avec les autorit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises<em>. <\/em>\u00abIl s\u2019agit d\u2019une gestion coordonn\u00e9e d\u2019acquisition des donn\u00e9es transfrontali\u00e8res dans le but de d\u00e9velopper la g\u00e9othermie, affirme <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">M. Pierre-Jean Crastes<\/span>, pr\u00e9sident de la Communaut\u00e9 de communes du Genevois. Il ne faut pas oublier que le bassin genevois est franco-suisse et donc ses ressources traversent les fronti\u00e8res\u00bb. La seconde campagne de prospection aura lieu en 2019-2020. Ces op\u00e9rations sont d\u00e9cisives pour augmenter les chances de succ\u00e8s des futurs forages et de garantir une utilisation durable et ma\u00eetris\u00e9e de la g\u00e9othermie.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme <span class=\"edg-cke-nbsp\">GEothermie 2020<\/span> est pilot\u00e9 par l\u2019Etat de Gen\u00e8ve. Il est mis en \u0153uvre et financ\u00e9 par les SIG.
