Au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la temp\u00e9rature des eaux souterraines du canton de B\u00e2le-Ville \u00e9tait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la temp\u00e9rature moyenne de l’air. <\/strong>Cette derni\u00e8re est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme temp\u00e9rature de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les eaux souterraines thermiquement non-influenc\u00e9es par l\u2019homme. <\/strong>L’augmentation observ\u00e9e de la temp\u00e9rature des eaux souterraines est principalement due aux pertes de chaleur dans le sous-sol par les infrastructures urbaines (fondations et caves d\u2019immeubles, tunnels, etc.), \u00e0 l\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisation croissante des surfaces ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019exploitatio<\/strong>n intensive d’eau souterraine \u00e0 des fins de <\/strong>refroidissement.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En r\u00e9gion urbaine, la temp\u00e9rature des eaux souterraines \u00e9tait 3.0 \u00b1 0.7 K plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la temp\u00e9rature moyenne de l’air dans 50% des puits de mesure. En plus d\u2019avoir un impact sur la qualit\u00e9 des ressources en eaux souterraines, ces intrusions peuvent restreindre le potentiel g\u00e9othermique. Cependant, la chaleur stock\u00e9e dans les eaux souterraines constitue une source d’\u00e9nergie potentiellement exploitable.<\/p>\n

Syst\u00e8me de gestion de g\u00e9othermie superficielle
\n<\/strong>Ce projet pose les bases d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de gestion de g\u00e9othermie superficielle pour la ville de B\u00e2le, qui permet d\u2019estimer quantitativement le potentiel thermique du sous-sol. Afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer les ressources en eau souterraine et \u00e9nergie thermique, des mod\u00e8les d’\u00e9coulement souterrain et de transport de chaleur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du canton. Ces mod\u00e8les s\u2019appuient sur le r\u00e9seau cantonal de mesure des eaux souterraines et sur des puits de mesure de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 multiples niveaux.<\/p>\n

Possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019analyses int\u00e9grales
\n<\/strong>Le syst\u00e8me de gestion d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 permet une meilleure exploitation des eaux souterraines et des ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques dans le contexte urbain en tenant compte des interactions entre les diverses utilisations des ressources souterraines ainsi que des conditions aux limites instationnaires. Ainsi, les changements d\u2019utilisation des ressources souterraines peuvent \u00eatre analys\u00e9s int\u00e9gralement dans chaque r\u00e9gion, par opposition \u00e0 des analyses sur l\u2019impact individuel de chaque utilisation. Dans les quartiers o\u00f9 des am\u00e9nagements urbains sont pr\u00e9vus, les bilans d\u2019eau et de chaleur ainsi que le potentiel thermique du sous-sol peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide de sc\u00e9narios. Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique potentiellement exploitable peut \u00eatre prise en consid\u00e9ration d\u00e8s lors de la planification \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du quartier.<\/p>\n
