L\u2019assurance-qualit\u00e9 rev\u00eat la plus grande importance lors de l\u2019installation de sondes g\u00e9othermiques verticales. Lors du salon international GeoTHERM qui s\u2019est tenu les 1er<\/sup> et 2 mars 2018 \u00e0 Offenburg (D), plusieurs expos\u00e9s \u00e9taient consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 ce sujet. La garantie et la contr\u00f4labilit\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 du colmatage de l\u2019espace circulaire sont particuli\u00e8rement pertinentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ulrich Santherr (Santherr Geothermietechnik) a abord\u00e9 ces d\u00e9fis lors de son expos\u00e9 et a expliqu\u00e9 la technique de mesure CemTrakker. Lors de son utilisation, le mat\u00e9riel de colmatage doit \u00eatre dop\u00e9. Motif: presque tous les dommages connus sur des installations de sondes g\u00e9othermiques verticales dans l\u2019\u00e9tat du Bade-Wurtemberg sont dus \u00e0 un colmatage de l\u2019espace circulaire non ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art. Par cons\u00e9quent, une surveillance automatique de l\u2019op\u00e9ration d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9ification de sondes g\u00e9othermiques verticales est prescrite depuis trois ans dans ce Land f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Elle sert de preuve pour confirmer si et comment le colmatage a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9, si la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019apport de b\u00e9ton frais a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e, quand, o\u00f9 et combien de temps des mat\u00e9riaux de colmatage tels que sable et gravier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s, et o\u00f9 se trouve le niveau de suspension dans le trou de forage lors du colmatage.<\/p>\n

Surveillance automatique \u00e0 l\u2019exemple de CemTrakker
\n<\/strong>Lors du salon GeoTHERM, Ulrich Santherr a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents exemples permettant de prouver qu\u2019un colmatage incorrect avait \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mesure de colmatage et de contr\u00f4le avec la technique CemTrakker. Celle-ci se compose d\u2019une valise de mesure avec \u00e9cran pour le traitement et la sauvegarde des donn\u00e9es, d\u2019un enrouleur de c\u00e2ble avec compteur de m\u00e8tres et d\u2019une sonde de mesure, ainsi que d\u2019un d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre \u00e0 induction magn\u00e9tique. L\u2019appareil permet d\u2019imprimer les enregistrements en format PDF. Les donn\u00e9es ne pouvant pas \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es \u00e0 cette occasion, elles ne peuvent ainsi pas \u00eatre manipul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Dans le premier exemple pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Ulrich Santherr, un signal tr\u00e8s irr\u00e9gulier est apparu \u00e0 partir de 60 m de profondeur, ce qui indique un colmatage d\u00e9ficient. La cause \u00e9tait l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un tuyau de colmatage de seulement 50 m de long, par lequel le mat\u00e9riau de colmatage devait couler vers le bas. La mesure a permis de d\u00e9montrer que le mat\u00e9riau de colmatage n\u2019a toutefois pas coul\u00e9 vers le bas. Ainsi, on a pu aussi \u00e0 nouveau confirmer en passant qu\u2019un colmatage avec par apport de b\u00e9ton frais tout en bas au pied de la sonde \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire. Dans un autre exemple, on a pu d\u00e9celer gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un signal enregistr\u00e9 \u00e0 peine perceptible d\u00e8s 45 m de profondeur que beaucoup de gravier avait \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 en raison d\u2019une roche fortement crevass\u00e9e. Dans un troisi\u00e8me exemple, la mesure a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la suspension liquide \u00e9tait descendue dans une cavit\u00e9. La surveillance automatique a permis ici de colmater \u00e0 temps apr\u00e8s coup. Dans un autre cas, on a pu d\u00e9montrer que le tubage de protection au niveau inf\u00e9rieur du forage \u00e9tait rompu, et \u00e0 quelle profondeur celui-ci se trouvait dans le trou de forage.<\/p>\n

La mesure du colmatage permet une r\u00e9action rapide
\n<\/strong>Pendant l\u2019op\u00e9ration de colmatage, le CemTrakker aide l\u2019op\u00e9rateur \u00e0 surveiller le processus: il indique la profondeur actuelle, le niveau de colmatage, le d\u00e9bit volumique et le volume. Ainsi, des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9es \u00e0 temps et des contre-mesures correspondantes peuvent \u00eatre prises imm\u00e9diatement. Le proc\u00e8s-verbal de colmatage enregistre en particulier des donn\u00e9es sur le projet, la date et l\u2019heure (dur\u00e9e), la profondeur, la puissance du signal, le d\u00e9bit et le volume total.<\/p>\n

Le proc\u00e8s-verbal de colmatage permet ainsi des d\u00e9ductions sur la profondeur int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des sondes et leur continuit\u00e9, l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019apport de b\u00e9ton frais et l\u2019extraction progressive de la sonde de mesure. En outre, il fournit des indications sur un tubage auxiliaire, la technique de mixage utilis\u00e9e (d\u00e9bit volumique) ainsi que des interruptions \u00e9ventuelles survenues lors du colmatage. En compl\u00e9ment au proc\u00e8s-verbal de colmatage, un profil des couches du forage et un proc\u00e8s-verbal de colmatage r\u00e9dig\u00e9 manuellement par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur sur d\u2019\u00e9ventuels incidents sont n\u00e9cessaires et doivent \u00eatre \u00e9tablis. Une mesure de contr\u00f4le est aussi possible directement apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration de colmatage, afin que des imperfections soient reconnues et supprim\u00e9es. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, si besoin, une sonde peut \u00eatre \u00e0 nouveau extraite.<\/p>\n

Bilan apr\u00e8s trois ans de pratique: meilleure qualit\u00e9
\n<\/strong>Certaines conditions pr\u00e9alables doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es pour obtenir des mesures pertinentes: signal GPS disponible, signal et profondeur \u00e0 z\u00e9ro, tube d\u2019injection tout en bas, m\u00e9lange du mat\u00e9riau marqu\u00e9 selon les donn\u00e9es du fabricant, respect et examen de la densit\u00e9 correcte de suspension. Pour une utilisation dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art, une instruction et formation suffisantes sont importantes. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans le Land du Bade-Wurtemberg montre que la qualit\u00e9 s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e rien que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019appareil de contr\u00f4le, car on travaille alors plus soigneusement. En outre, des probl\u00e8mes peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9s \u00e0 temps et des contre-mesures correspondantes peuvent alors \u00eatre prises. Cela constitue un atout pour une entreprise de forage s\u00e9rieuse, car un bon travail correspondant au niveau le plus actuel de la technique peut \u00eatre document\u00e9 et ainsi d\u00e9montr\u00e9 avec la surveillance automatique.<\/p>\n

Importance pour la Suisse
\n<\/strong>L\u2019importance de la surveillance automatique a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnue en Suisse. La norme SIA est actuellement r\u00e9vis\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence. Cependant, le CemTrakker pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ici n\u2019est utilisable que pour des forages moins profonds, soit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 environ 100 m de profondeur \u00e0 la suite du mat\u00e9riel dop\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire, comme cela est usuel en Allemagne. \u00c0 des profondeurs plus grandes de sondes g\u00e9othermiques verticales, comme c\u2019est plus souvent le cas en Suisse, cela pourrait enfoncer la sonde. Lors de sondes plus profondes, d\u2019autres m\u00e9thodes de mesure sont donc recommand\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
