Comme chaque ann\u00e9e, l\u2019Antenne romande de G\u00e9othermie-Suisse a organis\u00e9 son traditionnel congr\u00e8s, connu sous le nom de Journ\u00e9e romande de la G\u00e9othermie \u2013 JRG \u2013 les 29 et 30 janvier 2018. Avec plus de 160 personnes venues de Suisse, d\u2019Allemagne et de France sur le site des Services industriels de Gen\u00e8ve, cette 8e<\/sup> \u00e9dition a \u00e9t\u00e9 un franc succ\u00e8s.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence des pr\u00e9sidents suisse, fran\u00e7ais et allemand des associations faiti\u00e8res de g\u00e9othermie, respectivement Messieurs Gehrer (G\u00e9othermie-Suisse), Graff (AFPG) et Knapek (Bundesverband Geothermie). Chacun a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les conditions cadres dans son pays. C’est ainsi que la politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la part de g\u00e9othermie dans le mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les mesures d’encouragement, ou encore les innovations techniques, sont pass\u00e9es sous le crible d’une lecture transversale permettant la comparaison des fili\u00e8res dans les trois pays, pointant ainsi les forces et faiblesses. Il en est apparu que la Suisse est sur la premi\u00e8re marche du podium dans le domaine de la g\u00e9othermie de faible profondeur, tandis que la France poss\u00e8de une grande ma\u00eetrise de la moyenne profondeur. Quant \u00e0 l’Allemagne, elle devance ses proches voisins dans le domaine de la grande profondeur et la production d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Projets phares en D, F et CH
\n<\/strong>Chaque pays a \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 un focus sur un projet particulier, t\u00e9moignant ainsi de la mise en pratique de la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Pour la Suisse, Madame Andenmatten Berthoud (Etat de Gen\u00e8ve – GESDEC) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le projet phare GEothermie 2020. Ce programme de d\u00e9veloppement de la g\u00e9othermie dans le canton de Gen\u00e8ve vient de d\u00e9buter son premier forage d’exploration, apr\u00e8s une campagne de prospection du sous-sol cibl\u00e9e et efficace. Pour la France, Madame Fabiana Limongi (Storengy) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la planification d’un r\u00e9seau de CAD de 36 km \u00e0 Bordeaux, proposant une solution technique d’exploration innovante, avec option de repli dans un aquif\u00e8re connu dans le cas o\u00f9 l’exploration se r\u00e9v\u00e9lait d\u00e9cevante. Monsieur Pletl (SWM Stadtwerke M\u00fcnchen) a quant \u00e0 lui pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le projet GRAME, pour le d\u00e9veloppement de la g\u00e9othermie profonde \u00e0 Munich. Ce projet pr\u00e9voit la fourniture de 50 MW \u00e9lectrique et 400 MW thermique, participant ainsi \u00e0 la vision 2040 de la Ville de Munich, qui pr\u00e9voit d’ici l\u00e0 que les r\u00e9seaux de CAD de la ville soient aliment\u00e9s \u00e0 100% par des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n

Gestion de projet complexe
\n<\/strong>La deuxi\u00e8me th\u00e9matique de la journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait ax\u00e9e sur les \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s dans la gestion de projet. Un premier aper\u00e7u g\u00e9n\u00e9ral donn\u00e9 par Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Mirjolet (Erdwerk GmbH) sur les \u00e9tapes de planification – de la gen\u00e8se du projet jusqu’\u00e0 l’exploitation – et le cadre r\u00e9glementaire d’un projet de g\u00e9othermie profonde, a mis en \u00e9vidence des d\u00e9marches nombreuses et parfois complexes. S’en est suivi un focus sur les \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9liminaires, par Olivier Zingg (Geo-Energie Suisse AG) : contenu et r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019impact sur l\u2019environnement, obtention du permis de construire et autres autorisations. L’\u00e9tude de risque sismique ainsi que l’importance d’une bonne communication ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en avant dans cette pr\u00e9sentation. Pour clore le chapitre de la gestion de projet, une conf\u00e9rence tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te sur les mesures en phase d’exploration a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite par R\u00e9gis Hehn (ES G\u00e9othermie). Images \u00e0 l’appui, la r\u00e9alisation d’une diagraphie et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re aussi empirique que claire.<\/p>\n

En conclusion de cette premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e, il en est ressorti que le d\u00e9veloppement de la fili\u00e8re repose d’une part sur une am\u00e9lioration des conditions-cadres et des mesures incitatives, d’autre part sur une meilleure communication, cette technologie restant encore m\u00e9connue du grand public, et enfin sur une exploration approfondie du sous-sol, qui repr\u00e9sente d’ailleurs la prochaine \u00e9tape en Suisse pour le d\u00e9veloppement de futurs projets.<\/p>\n

Truites, recherche, et r\u00e9seaux de chauffage \u00e0 distance
\n<\/strong>La seconde journ\u00e9e a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 avec la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050 et son impact sur le d\u00e9veloppement de projets. Les mesures incitatives ainsi que la proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 suivre pour en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par Nicole Lupi (OFEN). Puis ce fut au tour de l’avancement de quelques projets suisses d’\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9. Nous en avons ainsi appris plus sur AGEPP, le projet hydrothermal de Lavey-les-Bains. Ses objectifs, enjeux financiers, d\u00e9roulement du projet et prochaines \u00e9tapes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Pascal Helfer. Le projet au L\u00f6tschberg a ensuite amen\u00e9 une vision gustative de la g\u00e9othermie. Effectivement, David Morard (Valperca SA) a expliqu\u00e9 comment il \u00e9levait des truites gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’eau du tunnel et a m\u00eame fait gouter le produit de son travail, au grand plaisir des participants.<\/p>\n

Nicole Lupi, OFEN, pr\u00e9sente la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050 et son impact sur le d\u00e9veloppement de projets.<\/p><\/div>\n

Ce sont enfin trois conf\u00e9rences plus techniques qui ont conclu cette deuxi\u00e8me journ\u00e9e. La recherche acad\u00e9mique dans le cadre du laboratoire du Grimsel a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Beno\u00eet Valley (Universit\u00e9 de Neuch\u00e2tel). Ce laboratoire souterrain permet de tester et mesurer in situ des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de d\u00e9formation de roche, avec pour objectif de mieux comprendre et ma\u00eetriser les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de microsismicit\u00e9 induite qui en d\u00e9coulent. Une pr\u00e9sentation sur l’int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des puits de forage, par Vincent Geyl (Well Control & Integrity), a mis en \u00e9vidence certains risques pouvant d\u00e9couler de la mise en place et de l’exploitation de puits g\u00e9othermiques. Un point rarement soulev\u00e9 qui m\u00e9rite pourtant une attention particuli\u00e8re. La journ\u00e9e s’est conclue sur la dimension horizontale d’un projet de g\u00e9othermie, avec la pr\u00e9sentation de J\u00e9r\u00f4me Faessler (Hydro-Geo Environnement) sur la valorisation de la g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 l’aide de r\u00e9seaux de chaleur \u00e0 distance. La fourniture d’\u00e9nergie en ruban et la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 de la g\u00e9othermie de moyenne profondeur avec un r\u00e9seau multiressource a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 le potentiel de cette \u00e9nergie dans la fourniture de chaleur.<\/p>\n

Workshop aux Assises europ\u00e9ennes de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique
\n<\/strong>Mentionnons encore que cette 8e<\/sup> \u00e9dition des JRG a eu lieu en parall\u00e8le des Assises europ\u00e9ennes de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, sommet r\u00e9unissant l\u2019ensemble des acteurs des \u00e9nergies renouvelables. G\u00e9othermie-Suisse a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce symposium en animant un atelier r\u00e9unissant plus de 40 personnes autour de la th\u00e9matique des facteurs-cl\u00e9s influen\u00e7ant le d\u00e9veloppement de la g\u00e9othermie en Suisse, en Allemagne et en France, et lors duquel les dirigeants des trois associations faiti\u00e8res ont d\u00e9battu en compagnie du public des atouts mais aussi des fragilit\u00e9s de la g\u00e9othermie.<\/p>\n
