Dans le cadre de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de g\u00e9othermie-suisse une visite du laboratoire souterrain du Grimsel \u00e9tait organis\u00e9e et des chercheurs du centre de comp\u00e9tence suisse (SCCER-SoE) ont rapport\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement de leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le 6 avril 2017, les membres de g\u00e9othermie-suisse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 de l\u2019avancement des recherches en cours dans le laboratoire souterrain du Grimsel. Le programme comprenait un aper\u00e7u des diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s du centre de comp\u00e9tence suisse de recherche pour l\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie (Swiss Competence Center for Energy Research \u2013 Supply of Energy \/ SCCER-SoE). Dans le laboratoire souterrain, les chercheurs \u00e9tudient les processus qui se d\u00e9roulent dans la roche lorsque celle-ci est mise sous pression de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Le sous-sol cristallin au centre des recherches
\n<\/strong>La recherche \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans le domaine de la production et de la distribution d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est men\u00e9e par le centre de comp\u00e9tence de Suisse SCCER-SoE. Comme priorit\u00e9s, en plus de l’utilisation de l’\u00e9nergie hydraulique, figurent la g\u00e9o-\u00e9nergie, le captage et stockage du CO2. Les chercheurs \u00e9tudient dans le laboratoire souterrain du Grimsel les processus de stimulation pour la technologie de la g\u00e9othermie profonde, EGS \u2013 Enhanced Geothermal Stimulation \u2013 c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la stimulation d\u2019un r\u00e9servoir pour l\u2019exploitation de la g\u00e9othermie. Des forages sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les tunnels existants dans les roches cristallines et les zones de faille, pour \u00e9tudier les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes qui y sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s par la stimulation.<\/p>\n

\"mv-bild-1\"<\/a>Le laboratoire souterrain pour la g\u00e9othermie construit ici vise \u00e0 contribuer \u00e0 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de la stimulation. Ce faisant, la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la sismicit\u00e9 induite, mais \u00e9galement l’efficacit\u00e9 d’un \u00e9changeur de chaleur produit artificiellement sont explor\u00e9s. Avec des exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle, dans lesquelles la d\u00e9formation des roches lors de l’injection, le comportement hydro-m\u00e9canique lors de l\u2019ouverture de fractures et les tremblements de terre le long de diff\u00e9rentes zones de failles sont examin\u00e9es, on est pr\u00eat pour une r\u00e9alisation ult\u00e9rieure \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle. L’objectif est une visualisation \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution de la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9, avant et apr\u00e8s stimulation, dans l’environnement des zones de failles existantes. En m\u00eame temps, les images en temps r\u00e9el du d\u00e9placement des fractures et des changements de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre rendues possibles.<\/p>\n

Les pr\u00e9sentations du SCCER-SoE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par un aper\u00e7u des projets en cours dans le cadre des travaux men\u00e9s ici par la NAGRA.<\/p>\n

Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 Guttannen
\n<\/strong>La visite du laboratoire souterrain du Grimsel a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi \u00e0 Guttannen, par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de g\u00e9othermie-suisse, au cours de laquelle le Pr\u00e9sident Willy Gehrer a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le rapport annuel et les comptes 2016. Ceux-ci, tout comme le budget 2017 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9s. Les responsables des ressorts ont inform\u00e9 des travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans leurs domaines respectifs, soit g\u00e9othermie faible profondeur, g\u00e9othermie profonde, politique et communication. En remplacement des membres du comit\u00e9 sortants, Dr. Kathy Riklin et Mattia Pedrini, Fabian Baerlocher et Thomas Schmidt ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lus. L\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale s\u2019est conclue avec un appel \u00e0 soutenir activement le combat \u00e9lectoral en faveur de la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050.<\/p>\n
