Les juges ont confirm\u00e9 la validit\u00e9 du plan sp\u00e9cial cantonal apr\u00e8s avoir modifi\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du Gouvernement et rejet\u00e9 le recours de particuliers.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-6175 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Haute-Sorne.png\" alt=\"haute-sorne\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Haute-Sorne.png 200w, https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Haute-Sorne-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Haute-Sorne-50x50.png 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Geo-Energie Suisse SA pr\u00e9voit la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.geo-energie.ch\/fr\/projekte\/hautesorne.php\" target=\"_blank\">projet de g\u00e9othermie profonde<\/a> \u00e0 Glovelier dans la commune jurassienne de Haute-Sorne. Le Gouvernement jurassien avait approuv\u00e9 le 2 juin 2015 le plan sp\u00e9cial cantonal permettant la r\u00e9alisation du projet. 9 personnes avaient conjointement fait recours contre cette d\u00e9cision. La d\u00e9cision de la Cour administrative est maintenant tomb\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le Tribunal rejette le recours, entre autres, au nom de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public sup\u00e9rieur que repr\u00e9sente le projet. De plus, tous les aspects relevant de la protection de l\u2019environnement et de la population (p.ex. protection des eaux souterraines, bruit, risque sismique) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 correctement trait\u00e9s dans le cadre du plan sp\u00e9cial cantonal. Par contre, le Tribunal annule le permis de construire octroy\u00e9 par le Gouvernement car ce dernier n\u2019avait pas la comp\u00e9tence pour le d\u00e9livrer. Un permis de construire se r\u00e9v\u00e8le toutefois superflu dans ce cas, le plan sp\u00e9cial int\u00e9grant en effet toutes les conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de tenter d\u2019emp\u00eacher la r\u00e9alisation du projet, une collecte de signatures pour une initiative cantonale est actuellement en cours. Celle-ci vise \u00e0 interdire la g\u00e9othermie profonde et de moyenne profondeur dans le canton du Jura.
