Cependant, pour la g\u00e9othermie, les d\u00e9cisions sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 prises\u00a0: les conditions cadres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui. La votation finale se d\u00e9roulera cet automne.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les chambres f\u00e9d\u00e9rales soutiennent la g\u00e9othermie. Dans les d\u00e9bats pour le premier paquet de mesure de la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050, le Conseil National et le Conseil des Etats ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les conditions-cadres en faveur de la g\u00e9othermie. Un aper\u00e7u des d\u00e9cisions\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9tribution \u00e0 prix co\u00fbtant du courant: comme c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas actuellement, des r\u00e9tributions pour l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite par la g\u00e9othermie sont pr\u00e9vues. Des nouvelles r\u00e9tributions seront appliqu\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6 ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la nouvelle loi sur l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n<li>Contributions \u00e0 l\u2019exploration pour des projets \u00e9lectriques: la recherche d\u2019un r\u00e9servoir g\u00e9othermique exploitable comprend des risques \u00e9lev\u00e9s, avec par cons\u00e9quent \u00e9galement des barri\u00e8res financi\u00e8res \u00e9lev\u00e9es. En effet, avant qu\u2019un porteur de projet ne sache si son forage profond est un succ\u00e8s ou pas, ce sont des dizaines de millions de francs qui doivent \u00eatre investis. Pour surmonter cet obstacle, des nouvelles contributions \u00e0 l\u2019exploration sont pr\u00e9vues. La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration pourra payer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60% des frais d\u2019investissement consentis \u00e0 l\u2019exploration de ressources g\u00e9othermiques \u00e0 des fins de production \u00e9lectrique. D\u00e8s 2031, il n\u2019y aura plus de nouvelles contributions d\u2019exploration pay\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Garantie de risque pour des projets de g\u00e9othermie \u00e9lectriques: aujourd\u2019hui, en cas d\u2019\u00e9chec, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration peut rembourser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50 % des co\u00fbts investis pour l\u2019exploration. Le parlement a augment\u00e9 ce montant, dor\u00e9navant un maximum de 60% de la part des investissements pourra \u00eatre rembours\u00e9 en cas d\u2019\u00e9chec. Dans le cas d\u2019un forage d\u2019exploration, une contribution \u00e0 l\u2019exploration ou une garantie de risque peut \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9e, mais pas les deux \u00e0 la fois. A partir de 2031, aucune nouvelle garantie pour la g\u00e9othermie ne sera consentie.<\/li>\n<li>Financement: le financement des contributions d\u2019exploration et des garanties pour la g\u00e9othermie repose sur un pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de maximum 0.1 centime par kilowattheure.<\/li>\n<li>Soutien aux projets de production de chaleur\u00a0: Afin de soutenir l\u2019utilisation directe de la g\u00e9othermie, 30 millions de francs issus de la taxe sur le CO2 seront disponibles par ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La votation finale aura lieu \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2016.
