A Rittershofen, au nord de Strasbourg, une installation de g\u00e9othermie profonde a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e par la Ministre fran\u00e7aise de l\u2019Energie et de l\u2019Environnement, S\u00e9gol\u00e8ne Royal, qui se r\u00e9jouit de cette premi\u00e8re mondiale. La centrale g\u00e9othermique fournira de la chaleur g\u00e9othermique \u00e0 une usine d\u2019amidon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Rittershofen se situe \u00e0 50 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 peine au nord de Strasbourg. La centrale g\u00e9othermique constitue une premi\u00e8re mondiale en utilisant directement la chaleur \u00e0 grande profondeur \u00e0 des fins industrielles. La plupart des centrales g\u00e9othermiques dans le monde utilisent la chaleur \u00e0 des fins de production \u00e9lectrique. A l&rsquo;occasion de l\u2019inauguration de la centrale le 7 juin, la Ministre de l&rsquo;Environnement et de l&rsquo;Energie, s\u2019est montr\u00e9e convaincue que la g\u00e9othermie profonde repr\u00e9sentait un excellent espoir dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>La centrale g\u00e9othermique avec une puissance de 24MW extrait une eau \u00e0 170\u00b0C d\u2019une profondeur de 2500m. Cette chaleur est transmise \u00e0 un deuxi\u00e8me circuit \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9changeur de chaleur. L\u2019eau ainsi r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e est transport\u00e9e dans une conduite -aller et retour-longue de 15km jusqu\u2019au site de l\u2019usine d\u2019amidon \u00ab\u00a0Roquette Fr\u00e8res\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Beinheim sur Rhin. L\u2019eau arrive l\u00e0-bas avec une temp\u00e9rature de 155\u00b0C. Dans l\u2019usine, la chaleur est utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs reprises en cascade, entre autres pour le s\u00e9chage des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Au cours de cette op\u00e9ration, la temp\u00e9rature est refroidie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 70\u00b0C. L\u2019eau refroidie circule dans la conduite \u00e0 distance pour \u00eatre retourn\u00e9e \u00e0 la centrale g\u00e9othermique. Elle sera alors restitu\u00e9e dans le sous-sol, o\u00f9 elle se r\u00e9chauffera \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des tonnes de CO2 \u00e9conomis\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019usine d\u2019amidon permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser environ 39\u2018000 tonnes de CO2 par ann\u00e9e. En comparaison\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9conomie r\u00e9alis\u00e9e correspond aux \u00e9missions de CO2 de 12&rsquo;000 logements chauff\u00e9s au mazout ou \u00e0 25&rsquo;000 automobiles. Si on consid\u00e8re une dur\u00e9e de vie pour l\u2019installation de 20 ans, l\u2019usine r\u00e9alisera gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9othermie une \u00e9conomie de 780&rsquo;000 tonnes de CO2 au total.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un co\u00fbt de 55 millions d\u2019euros<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier forage commenc\u00e9 en septembre 2012 a atteint une profondeur de 2600m en d\u00e9cembre. A la suite du premier forage et des r\u00e9sultats des mesures effectu\u00e9es dans celui-ci, une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9servoir a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.\u00a0 Le deuxi\u00e8me forage incurv\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en mai 2014 a atteint une profondeur de 3200m. Le premier et le deuxi\u00e8me forage sont distants d\u2019un kilom\u00e8tre. Le co\u00fbt d\u2019investissement total se monte \u00e0 55millions d\u2019euros, dont 25 millions sont financ\u00e9s via le Fonds\u00a0Chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>La centrale g\u00e9othermique est exploit\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise ECOGI \u00abExploitation de la Chaleur d\u2019Origine G\u00e9othermale pour l\u2019Industrie\u00bb, qui appartient \u00e0 Electricit\u00e9 Strasbourg &#8211; ES Groupe (40%), \u00e0 Roquette Fr\u00e8res (40%) et aux Caisses de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts (20%).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un succ\u00e8s pour la g\u00e9othermie profonde en Alsace!
