\u00c0 Bassecourt, dans le Jura, la commission de suivi et d\u2019information (CSI) du projet Haute-Sorne a organis\u00e9 une soir\u00e9e d\u2019information avec des experts ind\u00e9pendants et a continu\u00e9 le dialogue avec la population.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Une<\/a>

Une centaine de personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la soir\u00e9e d’information.<\/p><\/div>\n

Lors de cette 3e s\u00e9ance publique organis\u00e9e par la CSI, diff\u00e9rents experts ind\u00e9pendants ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leur savoir sur les th\u00e8mes de l’hydrog\u00e9ologie, la sismicit\u00e9 et l’acceptabilit\u00e9 du risque. Chaque sujet \u00e9tait suivi par des questions et certaines craintes ont pu \u00eatre exprim\u00e9es par la population. De plus, les responsables du projet Haute-Sorne et du Canton de Jura ont inform\u00e9s sur l’\u00e9tat actuel du projet.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement du projet<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Olivier Zingg, directeur de Geo-Energie Jura, a montr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel du projet : les principaux r\u00e9sultats du premier forage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9s \u00e0 la population. Actuellement, le projet attend la d\u00e9cision pour la poursuite, la modification ou l’abandon du projet selon l’analyse des autorit\u00e9s cantonales et du groupe d’Experts Ind\u00e9pendants (GEI). Une fois que toutes les demandes auront \u00e9t\u00e9 remplies et en cas de feu vert des autorit\u00e9s, la planification de d\u00e9tail des prochaines op\u00e9rations pourra d\u00e9buter, sans doute au deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2026. Pierre Brulhart, chef de la Section de l’\u00e9nergie du Canton du Jura a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 la suite et \u00e0 quelles conditions le canton acceptera ou non la poursuite du projet.<\/p>\n

Des experts ind\u00e9pendants<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’objectif de cette soir\u00e9e \u00e9tait aussi de laisser du temps aux experts ind\u00e9pendants pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions du public et d’\u00e9carter tout soup\u00e7on de partialit\u00e9. L’hydrog\u00e9ologue Pierre-Yves Jeannin a jug\u00e9 les risques hydrog\u00e9ologiques comme faibles, bien contr\u00f4lables avec des mesures pr\u00e9ventives. L’\u00e9ventuel danger pour l’environnement lors de stimulation hydraulique \u00e0 grande profondeur est limit\u00e9, car les stimulations s’effectuent dans le socle cristallin au milieu d’une masse tr\u00e8s peu perm\u00e9able.<\/p>\n

La professeure Anne Sauron a introduit les notions de base en sismicit\u00e9, a expliqu\u00e9 le fonctionnement naturel de la sismicit\u00e9 et le risque sismique. Durant la soir\u00e9e, cette th\u00e9matique du risque de s\u00e9isme et des \u00e9ventuelles compensations financi\u00e8res ont suscit\u00e9 de nombreuses questions de la part des participantes et participants.<\/p>\n

Pour finir, Clotaire Michel, sp\u00e9cialiste en analyse de risque, a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 selon quels crit\u00e8res le risque \u00e9tait acceptable ou pas. On parle principalement de risques de d\u00e9g\u00e2ts mat\u00e9riels de faible ampleur, selon Clotaire Michel. Ceux-ci restent tr\u00e8s peu probables, car l’exploitant peut r\u00e9agir et arr\u00eater imm\u00e9diatement la stimulation.<\/p>\n

Cette soir\u00e9e a atteint son but en apportant des \u00e9claircissements et en faisant preuve de transparence ; elle s’est av\u00e9r\u00e9e anim\u00e9e, marqu\u00e9e par des critiques mais aussi par un vrai dialogue.<\/p>\n
