Le parlement national se prononce en faveur d’un financement assur\u00e9 pour les projets g\u00e9othermiques. Le Conseil des \u00c9tats suit le Conseil national et garantit ainsi une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification pour la branche. <\/strong><\/p>\n

C’est un signal fort du Parlement pour la g\u00e9othermie. D\u00e9but mars, lors du d\u00e9bat sur le paquet de mesures d’all\u00e8gement budg\u00e9taire de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, le Conseil national a assur\u00e9 le financement futur du programme B\u00e2timents<\/strong><\/a><\/span> et une contribution garantie de 30 millions pour les projets de g\u00e9othermie chaleur.<\/p>\n

Le Conseil des \u00c9tats soutient la d\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Chambre haute suit le Conseil national et se prononce \u00e9galement en faveur du maintien du programme B\u00e2timents et de la poursuite de la promotion de la g\u00e9othermie dans le domaine du chauffage lors de la proc\u00e9dure de conciliation. G\u00e9othermie Suisse se r\u00e9jouit que d’importants projets g\u00e9othermiques puissent \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre dans le cadre de l’objectif z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette de la Suisse.<\/p>\n

S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification pour la branche<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision permet non seulement de maintenir le programme B\u00e2timents, y compris le soutien aux sondes g\u00e9othermiques, mais aussi de financer les projets de g\u00e9othermie de chaleur directe. Pour le secteur et la mise en \u0153uvre des projets existants, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification rev\u00eat une importance vitale.<\/p>\n

La consommation de chaleur est responsable d’environ un tiers de toutes les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082. Des villes suisses telles que Gen\u00e8ve et Lausanne misent \u00e9galement sur la g\u00e9othermie pour atteindre leurs objectifs de z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette. La d\u00e9cision du Conseil national permet de faire avancer la d\u00e9carbonisation des villes suisses gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9othermie.<\/p>\n

La minorit\u00e9 Stadler l’emporte<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le conseiller national Simon Stadler d’Uri a mentionn\u00e9 dans son discours<\/strong><\/span><\/a> que la proposition ne menait \u00e0 aucune augmentation du budget : \u00ab Mais si l’on veut atteindre les objectifs de la Strat\u00e9gie Chaleur 2050 de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, il faut garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de planification \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le conseiller.<\/p>\n

Le Parti vert’lib\u00e9ral Suisse a notamment contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce succ\u00e8s. Matthias Jauslin, conseiller national PVL et membre du comit\u00e9 de Geothermie Suisse<\/strong>, souligne l’importance de la g\u00e9othermie et du biogaz pour la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et thermique.<\/p>\n
