Avec la Programmation Pluriannuelle de l\u2019Energie publi\u00e9e par le Gouvernement fran\u00e7ais, le sous-sol devient un pilier strat\u00e9gique de la souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la France.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Adopt\u00e9e le 12 f\u00e9vrier 2026, la troisi\u00e8me Programmation pluriannuelle de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (PPE3) trace la nouvelle feuille de route \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la France. Dans un contexte d\u2019urgence climatique et de qu\u00eate de souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, elle confirme l\u2019objectif d\u2019atteindre 70 % d\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u00e9carbon\u00e9e d\u2019ici 2035 et d\u2019engager une sortie progressive des \u00e9nergies fossiles.<\/p>\n

Si l\u2019attention m\u00e9diatique se porte souvent sur l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, la PPE3 place un levier longtemps rest\u00e9 discret au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie nationale : la chaleur renouvelable. Chauffage des b\u00e2timents, eau chaude sanitaire, usages industriels … la chaleur repr\u00e9sente une part majeure de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique fran\u00e7aise. Sa d\u00e9carbonation constitue donc un enjeu structurant de la transition.<\/p>\n

La PPE3 souligne clairement que l\u2019atteinte des objectifs en mati\u00e8re de g\u00e9othermie suppose une forte acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme de d\u00e9veloppement des projets d\u2019ici 2030. Le document d\u00e9montre que la dynamique actuelle reste inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle anticip\u00e9e dans la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente programmation. Il appelle ainsi \u00e0 un renforcement significatif des capacit\u00e9s humaines et mat\u00e9rielles de la fili\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

En pla\u00e7ant la chaleur renouvelable au c\u0153ur de sa strat\u00e9gie, la PPE3 acte une \u00e9volution majeure : la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ne se joue pas uniquement sur le terrain de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
