L’Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des constructions et de la logistique (OFCL) suspend le projet de g\u00e9othermie profonde pour le Centre national de sport de Macolin. Malgr\u00e9 son abandon, ce projet a permis d’obtenir des donn\u00e9es et des connaissances tr\u00e8s utiles pour la g\u00e9othermie suisse.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Le r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain de Macolin devait \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 par une source de chaleur provenant de la g\u00e9othermie profonde. Le projet doit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00eatre abandonn\u00e9. Les raisons invoqu\u00e9es sont la complexit\u00e9 du sous-sol et la rentabilit\u00e9 qui n’est plus assur\u00e9e. L’Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des constructions et de la logistique (OFCL) a annonc\u00e9 aujourd’hui l’abandon du projet dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n

Abandon du projet \u2013 des donn\u00e9es et des connaissances pr\u00e9cieux subsistent<\/strong><\/p>\n

Depuis 2018 et la d\u00e9cision de raccorder le site \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et les diff\u00e9rents offices f\u00e9d\u00e9raux ont suivi de pr\u00e8s le projet. Le sous-sol suisse \u00e9tant peu connu par rapport \u00e0 celui d’autres pays, les donn\u00e9es recueillies contribuent, malgr\u00e9 l’abandon du projet, \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension de la g\u00e9ologie suisse. Toutes les donn\u00e9es sont donc mises \u00e0 disposition par l’Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de topographie swisstopo, comme le soulignent les responsables.<\/p>\n

Toujours la rentabilit\u00e9 insuffisante<\/strong><\/p>\n

D’une part, le sous-sol de Macolin s’est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 beaucoup plus complexe que pr\u00e9vu. D’autre part, les co\u00fbts potentiellement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans la d\u00e9cision. Le forage profond aurait pu s’av\u00e9rer plus co\u00fbteux que pr\u00e9vu , c’est pourquoi l’OFCL a r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9 la rentabilit\u00e9 de l’installation g\u00e9othermique sur l’ensemble de son cycle de vie. Le risque li\u00e9 aux projets de g\u00e9othermie profonde pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9duit par une garantie de risque. Afin d’aborder cette question pour le secteur, le programme Transfer s’est pench\u00e9 sur la garantie de risque dans les projets g\u00e9othermiques<\/a><\/span> et a \u00e9labor\u00e9 des solutions possibles.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9carbonisation reste une priorit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bien que la g\u00e9othermie profonde ait \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9e \u00e0 Macolin, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration souhaite poursuivre la d\u00e9carbonisation. Elle mise d\u00e9sormais sur diff\u00e9rentes sources d’\u00e9nergie. L’une d’entre elles reste la g\u00e9othermie, mais celle-ci doit contribuer au chauffage des b\u00e2timents sportifs \u00e0 l’aide d’une source de chaleur plus proche de la surface. Dans le nouveau projet, l’approvisionnement en chaleur sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par une pompe \u00e0 chaleur air-eau. Les pellets de bois et le gaz devraient ainsi \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s d’ici 2031.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
