{"id":36885,"date":"2026-01-19T16:54:59","date_gmt":"2026-01-19T15:54:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/?p=36885"},"modified":"2026-01-26T14:08:36","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T13:08:36","slug":"potentiel-geothermique-dans-le-canton-de-bale-campagne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/potentiel-geothermique-dans-le-canton-de-bale-campagne\/","title":{"rendered":"Potentiel g\u00e9othermique dans le canton de B\u00e2le-Campagne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat du canton de B\u00e2le-Campagne \u00e9labore une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;exploration pour exploiter le potentiel g\u00e9othermique du canton.<\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, <a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/geothermisches-potenzial-des-kantons-baselland_einschaetzung-der-wirtschaftlichkeit.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>une \u00e9tude sur la rentabilit\u00e9 de la g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 moyenne et grande profondeur a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e (uniquement en allemand)<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Le rapport, \u00e9labor\u00e9 en collaboration avec les fournisseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie r\u00e9gionaux Primeo Energie, EBL et IWB, explique le potentiel de la g\u00e9othermie dans le canton de B\u00e2le-Campagne. L&#8217;emplacement des structures potentiellement int\u00e9ressantes est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement connu. Le canton compte diff\u00e9rentes structures g\u00e9ologiques qui peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9ressantes pour l&rsquo;exploitation g\u00e9othermique. Il s&rsquo;agit par exemple de zones de fracture ou d&rsquo;aquif\u00e8res profonds.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;analyse montre que les <em>plays<\/em> g\u00e9othermiques (des zones ou un environnement g\u00e9ologique pr\u00e9sentant des conditions favorables) \u00e0 profondeur moyenne, combin\u00e9s \u00e0 des pompes \u00e0 chaleur, offrent actuellement le meilleur potentiel \u00e9conomique dans le canton.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le <strong><em>play<\/em> A1 (<em>Tafeljura\u2013Muschelkalk<\/em>)<\/strong> peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u2019av\u00e9rer \u00e9conomiquement attractif au niveau des projets. De tels projets ne sont pas uniquement pertinents pour les fournisseurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie, mais \u00e9galement pour de grands sites ou des b\u00e2timents individuels.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1420\">Le <strong><em data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1238\">play<\/em> D (<em>Rheintal-Flexur<\/em>)<\/strong> constitue une exception dans le domaine de l\u2019utilisation directe : en tenant compte des aides f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, des r\u00e9sultats \u00e9conomiques positifs y sont envisageables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1637\">Une <a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/BS_Erdwaerme-Riehen_FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>utilisation comparable existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 Riehen<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, dans le canton de B\u00e2le-Ville, o\u00f9 de l\u2019eau thermale est exploit\u00e9e depuis 1994 \u00e0 une profondeur d\u2019environ 1 500 m\u00e8tres pour alimenter un r\u00e9seau de chauffage \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le principal risque<\/strong> des projets de g\u00e9othermie profonde r\u00e9side aujourd\u2019hui dans <strong>l&rsquo;incertitude de trouver la ressource g\u00e9othermique \u2013<\/strong> c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019un r\u00e9servoir exploitable sur le plan technique et \u00e9conomique. En raison d\u2019une <strong>connaissance encore insuffisante du sous-sol<\/strong> et de <strong>co\u00fbts d\u2019investissement \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/strong>, les acteurs priv\u00e9s ne peuvent actuellement assumer seuls ce risque. Des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019incitation financi\u00e8re cibl\u00e9s peuvent contribuer \u00e0 le r\u00e9duire et \u00e0 rendre les investissements possibles.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2264\">Une strat\u00e9gie cantonale cibl\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exploration et de financement devrait donc reposer sur quatre piliers :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2489\">\n<p data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2489\"><strong data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2320\">Groupe d\u2019accompagnement et travaux pr\u00e9paratoires <\/strong>: coordination entre le canton, les fournisseurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie et les experts afin de d\u00e9finir des objectifs et des priorit\u00e9s clairs, ainsi qu\u2019un accompagnement technique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2723\">\n<p data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2723\"><strong data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2531\">Optimisation du cadre r\u00e9glementaire <\/strong>: acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la mise en \u0153uvre des projets g\u00e9othermiques par la r\u00e9duction des obstacles administratifs et l\u2019optimisation des proc\u00e9dures d\u2019autorisation, de concession et de surveillance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2995\">\n<p data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2995\"><strong data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2756\">Mesures de soutien cibl\u00e9es <\/strong>: d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019instruments financiers \u2013 notamment des contributions \u00e0 l\u2019investissement et des garanties de risque g\u00e9ologique \u2013 afin de rendre le risque de forage supportable pour les investisseurs priv\u00e9s et de compl\u00e9ter les aides f\u00e9d\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3158\">\n<p data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3158\"><strong data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3034\">Acquisition de donn\u00e9es primaires <\/strong>: collecte syst\u00e9matique de donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ologiques afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la connaissance du sous-sol et de r\u00e9duire les incertitudes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au niveau national, des r\u00e9flexions similaires concernant la garantie de risque sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans le cadre du programme <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/transfer\/#tab17\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TRANSFER\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Conseil d&rsquo;\u00c9tat du canton de B\u00e2le-Campagne \u00e9labore une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;exploration pour exploiter le potentiel g\u00e9othermique du canton.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":36890,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[1301,64,1302],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-36885","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-canton-de-bale-campagne","category-geothermie-profonde","category-tiefengeothermie-fr"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
