{"id":36440,"date":"2025-12-01T09:29:37","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T08:29:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/?p=36440"},"modified":"2026-01-26T14:57:26","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T13:57:26","slug":"le-programme-transfer-favorise-les-echanges-dexperiences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/le-programme-transfer-favorise-les-echanges-dexperiences\/","title":{"rendered":"Le programme TRANSFER favorise les \u00e9changes d\u2019exp\u00e9riences"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>En 2025, les activit\u00e9s Transfer ont permis d\u2019avancer sur les th\u00e9matiques de la garantie de risque g\u00e9ologique, des assurances responsabilit\u00e9 civile et chantier pour la g\u00e9othermie profonde et de la r\u00e9gulation de la g\u00e9othermie profonde entre les cantons.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En 2025, les activit\u00e9s Transfer suivantes ont eu lieu\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Deux Communaut\u00e9 de pratique <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/transfer\/#tab4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab g\u00e9othermie pour les Cantons \u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0ont r\u00e9uni une quinzaine de Cantons. Ces \u00ab\u00a0<em>ERFA Cantons<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb ont permis de d\u00e9finir un <a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/20251105-projet-TRANSFER-CANTONS-26-28-FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>programme de travail 2026-2028<\/u><\/strong><\/a> en collaboration avec le <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kvu.ch\/fr\/groupes-de-travail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cercle G\u00e9ologie<\/a><\/strong><\/span> qui cofinance le programme Transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Deux Communaut\u00e9 de pratique <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/transfer\/#tab5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab g\u00e9othermie pour les Services industriels et entreprises d&rsquo;approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie (EAE) \u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0ont r\u00e9uni une dizaine d\u2019entreprises qui cofinancent Transfer. Ces \u00ab\u00a0<em>ERFA EAE<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb ont permis d\u2019\u00e9changer et partager les exp\u00e9riences entre coll\u00e8gues (<em>closer user group<\/em>), identifier les d\u00e9fis et besoins des EAE, prioriser et valider les sujets cl\u00e9s de la g\u00e9othermie pour les EAE.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re partie du projet <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/transfer\/#tab16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab Assurances RC et chantier pour la G\u00e9othermie profonde en Suisse \u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9e fin 2025 avec la publication de deux rapports, l\u2019un technique et l\u2019autre sociologique. Il est pr\u00e9vu en 2026 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un outil commun (grille d\u2019analyse ou \u00ab outil de d\u00e9minage \u00bb) qui servira de base pour un premier rendez-vous tripartite (autorit\u00e9, porteur de projet, assureur). Il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu de cr\u00e9er un espace d\u2019\u00e9change via G\u00e9othermie Suisse pour maintenir le dialogue entre les acteurs. Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 cofinanc\u00e9 par les groupes ERFA EAE et ERFA Cantons.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re partie du projet <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/transfer\/#tab17\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab Garantie de risque g\u00e9ologique \u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9 fin 2025 avec la publication d\u2019un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/20251203-GUARANTEE_FUND_Final-Report-and-Appendices-V1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>premier rapport<\/strong><\/a><\/span> montrant la faisabilit\u00e9 technico-financi\u00e8re d\u2019un tel syst\u00e8me. Th\u00e9oriquement, une garantie de risque permettrait d\u2019assurer la production de GWh g\u00e9othermique \u00e0 un co\u00fbt concurrentiel tout en optimisant l\u2019allocation de l\u2019argent public. Des discussions approfondies auront lieu en 2026 avec les porteurs de projets, les Cantons et la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration pour \u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et politique d\u2019un tel syst\u00e8me. Ce projet est cofinanc\u00e9 par le groupe ERFA des EAE.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet <a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/transfer\/#tab18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00ab Normalisation de la r\u00e9gulation de la g\u00e9othermie profonde entre les Cantons \u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0est en cours. Un sondage aupr\u00e8s des Cantons a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9, des interviews sont en cours et un Workshop aura lieu le lundi 2 f\u00e9vrier avec tous les Cantons int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Finalement, un guide des bonnes pratiques sera \u00e9dit\u00e9 d\u2019ici avril 2026.
