Ce rapport pr\u00e9sente en d\u00e9tail le cadre r\u00e9glementaire des pays voisins de la Suisse (DE, AT, IT, FR, NL, UK) pour permettre aux cantons d\u2019\u00e9valuer les cadres r\u00e9gulatoires possibles en fonction des activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes dans certaines r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p>Il synth\u00e9tise <strong>dix recommandations cl\u00e9s pour les Cantons suisses<\/strong>, bas\u00e9es sur la revue des pays voisins et sur les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la Suisse (organisation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, cantonale, communale) ainsi que sur les ressources n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation de ces activit\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diff\u00e9renciation des phases d\u2019exploration et d\u2019exploitation<\/li>\n<li>Assurer une exploration et une exploitation efficace du sous-sol<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finition du succ\u00e8s d\u2019exploration et obligations associ\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Incertitude du sous-sol<\/li>\n<li>Gestion des risques<\/li>\n<li>Protection des aquif\u00e8res et int\u00e9grit\u00e9 \/ s\u00fbret\u00e9 de puits<\/li>\n<li>Abandon des puits<\/li>\n<li>Donn\u00e9es du sous-sol<\/li>\n<li>Strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9gulation<\/li>\n<li>Ressources humaines &amp; support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le second guide rassemble <a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/TRANSFER_Guide_Regulation_Geothermie_Profonde_FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>23 fiches pour aider \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation des activit\u00e9s de g\u00e9othermie profonde<\/strong><\/a>.
