A compter du 01.01.2025, Monsieur J\u00e9r\u00f4me Faessler<\/strong> occupe la fonction de directeur de l’association. J\u00e9r\u00f4me est entr\u00e9 \u00e0 l’association en mai 2022 comme co-directeur en charge des dossiers techniques, du programme TRANSFER et de l\u2019administration. Son expertise en mati\u00e8re de g\u00e9othermie, ses comp\u00e9tences de gestion et son leadership ont conduit le comit\u00e9 \u00e0 le nommer directeur lors de sa s\u00e9ance du 29.11.2024. Le comit\u00e9 remercie J\u00e9r\u00f4me pour son engagement inlassable au sein de l\u2019association.<\/p>\n

Il pourra compter sur le soutien de Gabriela Kalt<\/strong> pour le secr\u00e9tariat, de Lara Berner<\/strong> pour la comptabilit\u00e9 ainsi que de Katharina Link<\/strong> et Marco Belliardi<\/strong> pour les questions techniques, respectivement en Suisse allemande et Suisse italienne.<\/p>\n

Actif au sein de l’association depuis le 15.06.2020, tout d’abord comme responsable du programme TRANSFER puis comme co-directeur en charge des relations publiques et de l’innovation, Monsieur C\u00e9dric H\u00f6llm\u00fcller ne travaille plus pour l’association. Son talent et son exp\u00e9rience ont grandement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que l’association se professionnalise et rayonne sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale. Nous remercions Monsieur H\u00f6llm\u00fcller pour le dynamisme dont il a fait preuve.<\/p>\n

La nouvelle structure permettra \u00e0 l’association de r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux attentes des acteurs et partenaires de la g\u00e9othermie en Suisse. Une des priorit\u00e9s sera de mener \u00e0 bien la suite du programme TRANSFER qui a fait ses preuves, et d\u2019organiser la venue du European Geothermal Congress EGC 2025<\/a>,<\/strong> dont la Suisse est pays h\u00f4te. Nous nous attendons \u00e0 un magnifique podium, \u00e0 des sessions et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les passionnants ainsi qu’\u00e0 des excursions int\u00e9ressantes.<\/p>\n

Un des enjeux de 2025 sera de continuer \u00e0 \u0153uvrer pour une am\u00e9lioration des conditions-cadre pour la g\u00e9othermie, cela dans un climat de programme d\u2019\u00e9conomie de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Nous pourrons compter sur le soutien du groupe politique nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9 au sein de notre Association.<\/p>\n
