Une motion urgente r\u00e9clame d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;exploitation de ce potentiel g\u00e9othermique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement de B\u00e2le-Campagne devrait faire avancer les conditions d&rsquo;une exploitation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du sous-sol profond du canton. Le Grand-Conseil a r\u00e9cemment transmis tacitement une motion urgente de la commission de protection de l&rsquo;environnement et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie demandant une \u00e9tude cibl\u00e9e du potentiel g\u00e9othermique.<\/p>\n<p>La requ\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par tous les groupes politiques. La motion r\u00e9clame que le canton d\u00e9veloppe une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;exploration du sous-sol en impliquant des acteurs priv\u00e9s. Cette d\u00e9marche doit permettre d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances afin d&rsquo;exploiter les premi\u00e8res zones g\u00e9othermiques potentielles et d&rsquo;exposer le cadre financier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaborer des bases l\u00e9gales<br \/>\n<\/strong>En outre, le gouvernement devrait \u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie de financement et de base l\u00e9gale afin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&rsquo;exploitation des zones les plus prometteuses.
