{"id":30808,"date":"2024-08-07T09:00:59","date_gmt":"2024-08-07T07:00:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/?p=30808"},"modified":"2024-08-17T18:13:17","modified_gmt":"2024-08-17T16:13:17","slug":"appels-doffres-pour-forages-geothermiques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/fr\/appels-doffres-pour-forages-geothermiques\/","title":{"rendered":"Appels d\u2019offres pour forages g\u00e9othermiques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Une synth\u00e8se des exp\u00e9riences et recommandations relative au projet Transfer \u00ab\u00a0Appels d\u2019offres forages g\u00e9othermiques moyenne et grande profondeur\u00a0\u00bb peut \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quel type d\u2019appels d\u2019offres pour r\u00e9aliser un forage g\u00e9othermique profond\u00a0?<\/strong><br \/>\nIl existe plusieurs mod\u00e8les possibles pour r\u00e9aliser des appels d\u2019offres pour des forages g\u00e9othermiques de moyenne \u00e0 grande profondeur : contrat avec une seule entreprise (\u00ab cl\u00e9 en main \u00bb), contrat avec une entreprise de forage mais avec choix des sous-traitants, contrat avec plusieurs regroupements d\u2019entreprises, contrat sp\u00e9cifique avec toutes les entreprises intervenant sur le forage.<\/p>\n<p>Un projet Transfer \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/TRANSFER_AO_Organisations_projets_Suisse_-FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Appels d\u2019offres forages g\u00e9othermiques moyenne et grande profondeur<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00bb a collect\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences suisse afin d\u2019expliciter les avantages et inconv\u00e9nients des diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes d\u2019appel d\u2019offres.<br \/>\nTous les projets analys\u00e9s sont des projets d&rsquo;exploration, pr\u00e9sentant un risque g\u00e9ologique \u00e9lev\u00e9 et planifi\u00e9s comme des courtes campagnes avec en moyenne 2 forages \u2013 parfois men\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin comme pr\u00e9vu, parfois arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">les conclusions suivantes<\/span> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9es concernant les formes de contrat et l&rsquo;organisation des projets :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les projets de g\u00e9othermie peu profonde, de faible profondeur et faible complexit\u00e9, sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec des entreprises g\u00e9n\u00e9rales avec quelques prestataires int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Les projets de g\u00e9othermie de moyenne et grande profondeur poss\u00e8dent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une organisation de projet plus \u00e9tendue en termes de nombre d\u2019employ\u00e9s et de comp\u00e9tences\/exp\u00e9riences.<\/li>\n<li>Les projets de g\u00e9othermie profonde ont tous eu des contrats individuels avec les entreprises de services.<\/li>\n<li>Les mod\u00e8les de contrat alternatifs tels que les forfaits (\u00ab cl\u00e9 en main \u00bb) ou les entreprises g\u00e9n\u00e9rales classiques ne sont actuellement pas utilis\u00e9s en Suisse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Les principales recommandations <\/span>pour les futurs d\u00e9veloppeurs de projets en Suisse sont :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les projets de g\u00e9othermie peu profonde \u00e0 faible complexit\u00e9 (&lt;1500m), il est conseill\u00e9 de rechercher une entreprise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui apporte tous les prestataires de services n\u00e9cessaires.
