L’Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du d\u00e9veloppement territorial ARE a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 une \u00e9tude qui d\u00e9taille les facteurs de r\u00e9ussite et les obstacles \u00e0 la planifications du sous-sol en s\u2019appuyant sur de bons exemples.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire est de coordonner, autant \u00e0 la surface qu\u2019en sous-sol,
\ndiff\u00e9rentes exigences quant \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation et \u00e0 la protection du territoire. La loi sur l\u2019am\u00e9nagement
\ndu territoire (LAT), ainsi que les lois cantonales sur les constructions et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement
\nconstituent, aujourd\u2019hui d\u00e9j\u00e0 et dans une large mesure, un cadre appropri\u00e9 pour anticiper et
\n\u00e9viter les conflits d\u203aint\u00e9r\u00eats ou les r\u00e9soudre lors de projets concrets. N\u00e9anmoins, en raison de
\nl\u2019intensification de l\u2019utilisation du sous-sol l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire continuera \u00e0 \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9,
\ntant au niveau communal, cantonal que f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

Le rapport<\/strong> <\/span><\/a>montre par des exemples quels sont les facteurs qui contribuent \u00e0 une interaction optimale entre les g\u00e9odonn\u00e9es et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire. Il explique aussi quels sont les obstacles \u00e0 franchir. Il peut notamment apporter une aide aux autorit\u00e9s en charge de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement, aux bureaux de\u00a0 planification et aux exploitants d\u2019infrastructures pour tout futur projet en rapport avec le sous-sol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
