Geo-Energie Suisse SA saisit l’occasion de la manifestation de ce jour \u00e0 Del\u00e9mont contre le projet de g\u00e9othermie profonde en Haute-Sorne et informe que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 remplit toutes les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et que l\u2019impact sur l\u2019environnement a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9tude approfondie. Ce projet phare a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 par la Commune, le Canton du Jura et le Tribunal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La strate\u0301gie e\u0301nerge\u0301tique 2050 de la Suisse poursuit un but important : elle veut clairement renforcer le ro\u0302le des e\u0301nergies indige\u0300nes renouvelables. La ge\u0301othermie en fait partie, car elle est une source d\u2019e\u0301nergie ine\u0301puisable et respectueuse de l’environnement. Elle est susceptible de jouer un ro\u0302le important dans le futur, car, au contraire de l\u2019e\u0301nergie photovoltai\u0308que et du vent, elle fournit de l\u2019e\u0301nergie en ruban de manie\u0300re fiable et inde\u0301pendamment des conditions me\u0301te\u0301orologiques. Elle pre\u0301sente de nombreux avantages pour l\u2019environnement et est e\u0301conomiquement compe\u0301titive si on la compare avec d\u2019autres e\u0301nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n

Perspective d’une source d\u2019e\u0301nergie \u00ab ine\u0301puisable, propre et en ruban \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019Office fe\u0301de\u0301ral de l\u2019e\u0301nergie pre\u0301cise sur son site Internet : \u00ab En tout e\u0301tat de cause, la Suisse dispose d’un tre\u0300s important potentiel ge\u0301othermique, en particulier pour la production d’e\u0301lectricite\u0301 ge\u0301othermique a\u0300 partir de la technologie EGS. Les perspectives offertes par cette source d’e\u0301nergie propre, ine\u0301puisable et permanente sont se\u0301duisantes : exempte de CO2, elle fournit de l’e\u0301nergie locale 24h\/24h, 365j\/an sans prendre de place \u00bb. La technologie EGS permet la circulation de l\u2019eau dans le re\u0301servoir ge\u0301othermique.<\/p>\n

Le projet pilote en Haute-Sorne permettra d\u2019ame\u0301liorer nos connaissances sur la nature du sous-sol et de collecter de pre\u0301cieuses informations en vue de la construction et de l’exploitation d\u2019installations ge\u0301othermiques dans toute la Suisse. Le forage d\u2019exploration permettra d\u2019observer avec pre\u0301cision le sous-sol jusqu\u2019a\u0300 des profondeurs de 4000 a\u0300 5000 me\u0300tres. Il apportera ainsi, inde\u0301pendamment de la suite qui sera donne\u0301e au projet et des aspects ge\u0301othermiques, de nombreuses connaissances ge\u0301ologiques de grande valeur sur la chai\u0302ne du Jura de Gene\u0300ve a\u0300 Ba\u0302le.<\/p>\n

La se\u0301curite\u0301 est une priorite\u0301 absolue – le risque sismique est re\u0301duit moyennant de nombreuses mesures de pre\u0301caution<\/strong>
\nPour la population de la re\u0301gion de Haute-Sorne et pour l\u2019avenir de cette technologie ailleurs en Suisse, il est de\u0301cisif de placer la se\u0301curite\u0301 au centre du projet. Tous les travaux sont pre\u0301pare\u0301s et re\u0301alise\u0301s selon ce principe. Un syste\u0300me avance\u0301 de surveillance ge\u0301ophysique offrira une se\u0301curite\u0301 maximale lors du forage d\u2019exploration et des tests de stimulation de la premie\u0300re e\u0301tape. La de\u0301cision de re\u0301aliser un second forage ainsi que la stimulation du<\/p>\n

sous-sol pour cre\u0301er un re\u0301servoir souterrain, puis de construire finalement la centrale e\u0301lectrique, sera prise seulement apre\u0300s une analyse minutieuse des donne\u0301es recueillies.<\/p>\n

Pas de danger pour les nappes phre\u0301atiques<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aucun forage profond n\u2019a provoque\u0301 de pollution des nappes phre\u0301atiques en Suisse. Cette proble\u0301matique a e\u0301te\u0301 prise en conside\u0301ration de manie\u0300re approfondie dans l\u2019e\u0301tude d\u2019impact environnemental re\u0301alise\u0301e en vue du projet en Haute-Sorne. Les forages sont prote\u0301ge\u0301s et rendus e\u0301tanches gra\u0302ce a\u0300 des tubes en acier cimente\u0301s. Me\u0302me si le forage traversera potentiellement des aquife\u0300res, il n\u2019y aura pas d\u2019e\u0301change avec les eaux souterraines.<\/p>\n

Le projet de ge\u0301othermie profonde en Haute-Sorne – buts et e\u0301tapes principales<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

En re\u0301alisant le forage en Haute-Sorne dans la premie\u0300re phase de projet (2023 – 2025), on explorera le sous-sol en de\u0301tail afin de pre\u0301ciser le potentiel exploitable et les risques. La de\u0301cision de continuer le projet sera prise seulement apre\u0300s e\u0301valuation des re\u0301sultats de test.<\/p>\n

2015<\/strong> Octroi du plan spe\u0301cial et fondation de Geo-Energie Jura SA. Contrat de collaboration avec le Canton du Jura et la Commune de Haute-Sorne.
\n2016<\/strong> Le Tribunal administratif cantonal rejette un recours contre le projet de construction.
\n2018<\/strong> Le Tribunal fe\u0301de\u0301ral autorise le projet en dernie\u0300re instance.<\/p>\n

2019<\/strong> Le Service sismologique suisse confirme la qualite\u0301 de la gestion du risque sismique et recommande de continuer le projet moyennant des adaptations techniques ponctuelles.
\n2020<\/strong> Le Canton du Jura ouvre un examen de l\u2019autorisation du projet.
\n2020<\/strong> L’Office fe\u0301de\u0301ral de l’e\u0301nergie (OFEN) porte sa contribution financie\u0300re au projet de 64 a\u0300 90 millions de francs.<\/p>\n

2022<\/strong> Le canton du Jura communique son accord de principe au projet pilote et signe en juin une convention avec Geo- Energie Jura SA qui inte\u0300gre des exigences se\u0301curitaires supple\u0301mentaires.
\n2023<\/strong> Les pre\u0301paratifs commencent a\u0300 l\u2019automne sur le terrain ; re\u0301seau de surveillance sismique<\/p>\n
