La proposition est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central du plan industriel europ\u00e9en \u00ab\u00a0Green Deal\u00a0\u00bb et vise \u00e0 garantir que d&rsquo;ici 2030, au moins 40% des besoins en technologies vertes seront produits dans l&rsquo;UE. La proposition fixe des objectifs pour les technologies consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonisation de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie de l&rsquo;UE. Huit technologies strat\u00e9giques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant disponibles sur le march\u00e9 et permettant une augmentation d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle rapide pour atteindre la d\u00e9carbonisation. Cette nouvelle ordonnance sur les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res critiques fixe des objectifs pour la production, le raffinage et le recyclage des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res essentielles n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la transformation verte et num\u00e9rique.
