Le premier forage effectu\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans probl\u00e8mes, jusque dans le Dogger, et a livr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cieuses informations sur le sous-sol. Suite aux analyses des mesures effectu\u00e9es, un forage lat\u00e9ral est entrepris pour atteindre le Malm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Une performance unique et de pr\u00e9cieuses donn\u00e9es\u00a0<\/strong>
\nLe sous-sol n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 for\u00e9 \u00e0 ces profondeurs dans la r\u00e9gion de Vinzel. Les op\u00e9rations de forage men\u00e9es 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 pendant 4 mois – avec des vitesses de progression parfois proches des 200 m\u00e8tres en 24 heures – ont permis d’atteindre 2233 m\u00e8tres de profondeur. Elles se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es sans probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9colter de nombreuses donn\u00e9es sur les \u00e9paisseurs et la nature des couches du sous-sol. Les incertitudes g\u00e9ologiques son sont d\u00e9sormais lev\u00e9es. Les mod\u00e8les g\u00e9ologiques et g\u00e9om\u00e9caniques ont pu \u00eatre consolid\u00e9s, ce qui ne fut en revanche pas le cas pour le mod\u00e8le hydrog\u00e9ologique.<\/p>\n

Dogger : une productivit\u00e9 non exploitable<\/strong>
\nDes preuves de fractures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collecte et \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des d\u00e9bris de roches remontant \u00e0 la surface\u00a0(cuttings).\u00a0<\/em>L\u2019abondance de ces cuttings pr\u00e9sentant des fissures min\u00e9ralis\u00e9es par de la calcite naturelle corrobore le fait que le forage se trouve dans une zone g\u00e9ologique ayant contenu de l\u2019eau par le pass\u00e9. Les tests de productivit\u00e9 de cette section du Dogger ont \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019eau entre 1\u2019950 et 2\u2019233 m\u00e8tres. En raison de la faible densit\u00e9 et de la taille du r\u00e9seau de fractures, le d\u00e9bit mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 maximum 80 litres par minute n\u2019est toutefois pas suffisant pour une exploitation de cet aquif\u00e8re (30 litres par seconde attendus). Des mesures g\u00e9ophysiques en puits ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es : un camion vibreur a envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet des ondes au sol, lesquelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ensuite capt\u00e9es par des g\u00e9ophones descendus \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents intervalles de profondeur dans le puits. Les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9colt\u00e9es permettent ainsi de confronter les r\u00e9sultats acquis par les travaux de prospection r\u00e9alis\u00e9s depuis la surface en 2021.<\/p>\n

Malm : une couche g\u00e9ologique prometteuse\u00a0<\/strong>
\nFort des donn\u00e9es et des r\u00e9sultats obtenus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour, les \u00e9quipes d\u2019Energe\u00d4 ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019activer l\u2019une des options pr\u00e9vues d\u00e8s l\u2019origine du projet: la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019exploiter l\u2019eau g\u00e9othermale dans l\u2019aquif\u00e8re du Malm. En effet, lors du forage de la 2e\u00a0<\/sup>section, une venue d\u2019eau \u00e0 tr\u00e8s forte pression a attest\u00e9 que les couches du Malm, moins profondes, sont susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre favorables.\u00a0 Plusieurs experts externes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9s et ont pu donner un \u00e9clairage compl\u00e9mentaire aux sp\u00e9cialistes \u0153uvrant pour Energe\u00d4. Un travail technique de fond a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour tenir compte des conditions propres \u00e0 l\u2019architecture du puits actuel.<\/p>\n

Forage lat\u00e9ral \u00e0 partir du forage existant
\n<\/strong>Un nouveau sidetrack d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00ab Vinzel-1 Malm \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini afin d\u2019optimiser la trajectoire et ainsi s\u2019approcher au plus pr\u00e8s de la faille de St-Cergue pour maximaliser les chances de trouver de l\u2019eau chaude. La d\u00e9viation d\u00e9butera \u00e0 750 m\u00e8tres de profondeur pour se diriger en direction du Nord-Est en visant les couches calcaires du Malm situ\u00e9s \u00e0 une profondeur verticale entre 1\u2019200 et 1\u2019500 m\u00e8tres. Le potentiel est \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit de 50 l\/s et des temp\u00e9ratures entre 50 et 55 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Une anomalie thermique favorable<\/strong>
\nLes analyses ont fait \u00e9tat de la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019eau sous pression av\u00e9r\u00e9e vers 600 m de profondeur, attestant que le compartiment Sud de la faille principale est bien aliment\u00e9 par le Jura. De plus, l\u2019\u00e9tude du profil de temp\u00e9rature sugg\u00e8re un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de convection dans les couches en de\u00e7\u00e0 des 500 m\u00e8tres de profondeur \u00e0 la base de la Molasse, indiquant une probable circulation d\u2019eau chaude.<\/p>\n

Les op\u00e9rations de forage reprennent d\u00e9but avril<\/strong>
\nAfin de mettre en \u0153uvre ce plan B, pr\u00e9vu d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part du projet, les \u00e9quipes d\u2019Energe\u00d4 sont de retour sur le site de Vinzel d\u00e8s le 1er avril afin de conditionner la boue et de tester le bloc obturateur du puits, selon les normes en vigueur. D\u00e8s le 4 avril, les op\u00e9rations reprennent officiellement et les \u00e9quipes proc\u00e9deront \u00e0 l\u2019installation des \u00e9quipements n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la d\u00e9viation du forage dans le puits. Selon la planification, le d\u00e9but de la nouvelle phase de forage devrait d\u00e9buter le jeudi 6 avril pour une dizaine de jours, avant de se terminer par des tests similaires \u00e0 ceux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour le Dogger.<\/p>\n
