Comment acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&rsquo;utilisation de cette chaleur naturelle dans les villes suisses ? Une simplification des proc\u00e9dures administratives et un plus grand engagement politique, ont dit les pan\u00e9listes d\u2019une table ronde le 29 septembre \u00e0 Berne. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Des repr\u00e9sentants des services industriels et des communes ont d\u00e9battu des mesures \u00e0 prendre pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de la chaleur g\u00e9othermique dans les zones urbaines de Suisse. La vid\u00e9o suivante permet d&rsquo;\u00e9couter la discussion. Un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 se trouve ci-dessous<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/759944666?h=d4e9435079\" width=\"640\" height=\"564\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ronny Kaufmann<\/strong> (Swisspower) a commenc\u00e9 par demander ce qui avait conduit \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l&rsquo;installation de g\u00e9othermie hydrothermale de Riehen (BS) et combien co\u00fbtait l&rsquo;extension actuelle de cette installation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eveline Rubli<\/strong> (IWB) a expliqu\u00e9 que le refus de la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Kaiseraugst avait d\u00e9clench\u00e9 une demande de sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie alternatives dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Nous vivons le m\u00eame moment avec la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique actuelle, qui peut profiter \u00e0 la g\u00e9othermie. IWB et la commune de Riehen investissent dans l&rsquo;extension de l&rsquo;installation g\u00e9othermique existante, avec un budget total d&rsquo;environ 20 millions de francs, dont environ 6 millions sont financ\u00e9s par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Comment minimiser les risques si, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un projet de g\u00e9othermie, le forage ne fournit pas l&rsquo;eau chaude esp\u00e9r\u00e9e, comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas r\u00e9cemment \u00e0 Lavey ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Niels Giroud<\/strong> (SIL) a expliqu\u00e9 comment la ville de Lausanne proc\u00e8de pour ses projets de g\u00e9othermie. Il est dans la nature des choses que tous les forages ne soient pas productifs, c&rsquo;est aussi le cas dans le secteur p\u00e9trolier. Les SIL en tiennent compte depuis le d\u00e9but : il n\u2019y a pas qu&rsquo;une seule aquif\u00e8re dans le sous-sol. Si la premi\u00e8re vis\u00e9e ne permet pas une utilisation thermique, un autre est vis\u00e9 au-dessus, en dessous ou \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. Les analyses g\u00e9ophysiques effectu\u00e9es en d\u00e9but de projet permettent une planification correspondante avec des variantes.<\/p>\n<p>A Gen\u00e8ve, le sous-sol a \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9 dans un premier temps, a expliqu\u00e9 <strong>Marcel R\u00fcegg<\/strong> (SIG). Le canton et les SIG ont investi pour cela et ont pris le temps d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances sur le sous-sol du bassin genevois par des mesures g\u00e9ophysiques et des forages exploratoires. D\u00e9sormais, les ressources du sous-sol peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re beaucoup plus cibl\u00e9e, pour la g\u00e9othermie comme pour l&rsquo;eau potable et le stockage. Cela permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9nager le territoire en tenant compte des possibilit\u00e9s du sous-sol. Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de la g\u00e9othermie ainsi que la production et la distribution de chaleur en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il faut donner plus de comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, estime-t-il. Les diff\u00e9rences actuelles entre les 26 cantons en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution et de r\u00e9glementation ralentissent la mise en \u0153uvre. La chaleur prend de plus en plus d&rsquo;importance pour les entreprises de distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Le parc immobilier suisse consomme plus de la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du pays pour la chaleur et celle-ci doit \u00eatre d\u00e9carbonis\u00e9e, a expliqu\u00e9 <strong>Guillaume Fuchs<\/strong> (Romande Energie). C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous investissons dans la chaleur. A cet \u00e9gard, la g\u00e9othermie est une source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie compl\u00e9mentaire aux autres et qui peut fournir de la chaleur avec des technologies existantes, comme le montrent les exemples fran\u00e7ais et allemands. Pour cela, nous investissons dans des projets comme Energe\u00f4 par exemple. Un tel projet implique de tr\u00e8s nombreuses t\u00e2ches administratives. Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de la g\u00e9othermie, les processus administratifs devraient \u00eatre simplifi\u00e9s. Les cantons fixent les conditions-cadres dans leurs lois sur l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et peuvent poser des jalons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reto Rigassi<\/strong> (Cit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie) a soulign\u00e9 comment les sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelables doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en fonction de leur disponibilit\u00e9 et des conditions r\u00e9gionales. Pour que la g\u00e9othermie soit mentionn\u00e9e et utilis\u00e9e au m\u00eame titre que l\u2019\u00e9nergie hydraulique, solaire, \u00e9olienne et la biomasse, il faut probablement des exemples de r\u00e9ussite en Suisse. Les installations qui fonctionnent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger ne suffisent pas \u00e0 convaincre les d\u00e9cideurs. La Suisse vit encore trop dans une zone de confort pour adopter les bonnes pratiques de l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. Il faut \u00e9galement un lobby plus fort pour la g\u00e9othermie. Si l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire est aujourd&rsquo;hui sur toutes les l\u00e8vres, c&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des histoires \u00e0 succ\u00e8s et au lobbying.
