La surface de production de la nouvelle serre est d&rsquo;environ 11 hectares, le chauffage est climatiquement neutre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9othermie. La construction de cette immense surface de serres a dur\u00e9 d&rsquo;octobre 2020 \u00e0 mars 2022.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/M1chFDa4HFY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen title=\"BIOhof Geinberg ImageVIDEO 22\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un concept \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9prouv\u00e9 pourrait en inspirer d\u2019autres<br \/>\n<\/strong>L&rsquo;entreprise BioHof Geinberg profite de la longue exp\u00e9rience des exploitants qui, depuis 2014 d\u00e9j\u00e0, utilisent avec succ\u00e8s la g\u00e9othermie pour chauffer leurs serres \u00e0 Kirchweidach, en Bavi\u00e8re. Une installation photovolta\u00efque interne produit l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, notamment pour les pompes de l&rsquo;installation g\u00e9othermique. Elle puise de l&rsquo;eau thermale \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;environ 100 degr\u00e9s \u00e0 une profondeur de 2&rsquo;000 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;exploitation est con\u00e7u comme une \u00e9conomie circulaire. La collecte de l&rsquo;eau de pluie permet un approvisionnement en eau autarcique et pr\u00e9serve les ressources en eau r\u00e9gionales. Seuls des engrais biologiques et du compost fabriqu\u00e9 sur place \u00e0 partir des d\u00e9chets v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sont utilis\u00e9s. La pollinisation est assur\u00e9e par des bourdons et des insectes\u00a0 sont utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 la place des pesticides pour lutter contre les parasites de mani\u00e8re biologique.
