Pour encadrer des forages g\u00e9othermiques et \u00e9viter qu\u2019ils n\u2019aient un impact sur leur environnement, il est n\u00e9cessaire de conna\u00eetre les terrains dans lesquels ils sont effectu\u00e9s. Un projet fran\u00e7ais de cartographie des al\u00e9as permet de mieux r\u00e9glementer la mise en place de la g\u00e9othermie de surface.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les al\u00e9as \u00e9valu\u00e9s concernent \u00e0 la fois des param\u00e8tres g\u00e9ologiques, hydrologiques, et anthropiques. La nature des roches travers\u00e9es par le forage est primordiale, car certaines comme les \u00e9vaporites sont plus particuli\u00e8rement soumises \u00e0 la dissolution, entra\u00eenant la formation de cavit\u00e9s ou le gonflement du terrain, avec un risque de d\u00e9gradation du b\u00e2ti et des infrastructures.<\/p>\n

Les zones de mouvements de terrain sont \u00e9galement recens\u00e9es pour assurer la stabilit\u00e9 des ouvrages et \u00e9viter la mise en contact de l\u2019eau ou du fluide calorif\u00e8re avec l\u2019eau des nappes phr\u00e9atiques. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il convient de limiter la pollution des sols ainsi que les \u00e9changes entre l\u2019eau g\u00e9othermique et celle du terrain : les cavit\u00e9s, mini\u00e8res ou naturelles, sont donc \u00e9galement r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Enfin, les remont\u00e9es de nappes et l\u2019art\u00e9sianisme (surpression dans une nappe captive) sont examin\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9duire l\u2019al\u00e9a d\u2019effets hydrauliques (inondations, \u2026) ou m\u00e9caniques (d\u00e9formation, fissures, \u2026) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte.<\/p>\n

Chaque r\u00e9gion est maill\u00e9e et l\u2019al\u00e9a est quantifi\u00e9 prioritairement en fonction des donn\u00e9es surfaciques (plans de pr\u00e9vention des risques,…) et, si besoin, des bases de donn\u00e9es ponctuelles. \u00c0 chaque profondeur d\u2019\u00e9tude, les mailles sont alors class\u00e9es selon leur niveau d\u2019al\u00e9a : faible, moyen, fort.<\/p>\n

En fonction de l\u2019ensemble des al\u00e9as, les op\u00e9rations de forages g\u00e9othermiques pourront \u00eatre soit autoris\u00e9es, soit soumises \u00e0 conditions (avis d\u2019un expert), soit proscrites.
