La start-up \u00abEnerdrape\u00bb a con\u00e7u des panneaux g\u00e9othermiques qui peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9s dans des parkings, des tunnels ou des stations de m\u00e9tro. <\/strong><!--more--><strong>Enerdrape a d\u00e9j\u00e0 remport\u00e9 plusieurs prix pour cette solution, dont r\u00e9cemment le grand prix de la fondation \u00abVenture\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;Enerdrape est simple : utiliser directement l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie des b\u00e2timents existants dans le sous-sol. Les panneaux g\u00e9othermiques transforment toute infrastructure souterraine &#8211; tunnels, parkings ou stations de m\u00e9tro &#8211; en une source de chaleur ou de froid pour les b\u00e2timents situ\u00e9s au-dessus. Les panneaux de 140&#215;70 centim\u00e8tres comprennent plusieurs couches de tuyaux dans lesquels circule de l&rsquo;eau. Ces panneaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s transforment donc les surfaces souterraines en \u00e9changeurs de chaleur &#8211; une solution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable qui peut \u00eatre produite et commercialis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/M6gmHuxe3hU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen title=\"ENERDRAPE - Introduction\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exploiter le potentiel des g\u00e9ostructures existantes<\/strong><br \/>\nJusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, seules les structures des nouveaux b\u00e2timents sont utilis\u00e9es pour la production de chaleur et de froid. Les panneaux g\u00e9othermiques nouvellement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sont-ils une application de niche? La question est pos\u00e9e \u00e0 Margaux Peltier, CEO d&rsquo;Enerdrape. \u00abPas du tout\u00bb, r\u00e9pond-elle fermement. \u00abLe potentiel \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des infrastructures souterraines est \u00e9norme. Seulement, il est encore peu exploit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Nous avons compris que les solutions actuelles ne sont adapt\u00e9es qu&rsquo;aux nouvelles constructions. Elles ne permettent pas d&rsquo;utiliser les infrastructures souterraines existantes. Chez Enerdrape, nous voulons changer cela\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Enerdrape a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 2021 dans le laboratoire de m\u00e9canique des sols de l&rsquo;EPFL. Son nom est une contraction des mots anglais \u00abenergy\u00bb et \u00abdrape\u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire une couverture qui produit de la chaleur. Le projet est le r\u00e9sultat de l&rsquo;expertise du professeur Lyesse Laloui dans le domaine de la g\u00e9o\u00e9nergie, de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience du Dr Alessandro Rotta Loria dans le domaine de la g\u00e9othermie et du travail de master de Margaux Peltier sur les tunnels \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Installation pilote avec 10 panneaux<\/strong><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un prototype \u00e0 l&rsquo;EPFL, une installation pilote de dix panneaux est en place depuis plusieurs mois dans un parking lausannois. L&rsquo;installation n&rsquo;alimente pas encore le b\u00e2timent, mais les donn\u00e9es sont prometteuses. En moyenne, les panneaux livrent 150 W\/m2, soit l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 7 fois les besoins d&rsquo;un m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 Minergie. La grande majorit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie thermique \u2013 environ 85 pour cent \u2013 est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e directement dans le mur en b\u00e9ton, tandis que l&rsquo;air ambiant ne repr\u00e9sente qu&rsquo;environ 15 pour cent. Enerdrape a ainsi apport\u00e9 la preuve que l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie contenue dans les panneaux provient effectivement du sol &#8211; une nouvelle application g\u00e9othermique est n\u00e9e. Tous les panneaux utilis\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 la main. Enerdrape a identifi\u00e9 un partenaire potentiel en Italie pour la production de masse. Les co\u00fbts par panneau seront ainsi r\u00e9duits de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9cisive. \u00abNous avons maintenant une vision claire, un plan pr\u00e9cis.
