Dans la r\u00e9gion de Brisgau, au nord de B\u00e2le, un projet de g\u00e9othermie hydrothermale est en cours, qui pourrait alimenter jusqu’\u00e0 40 000 foyers en chaleur sans \u00e9missions de CO2. Un processus d’information et de dialogue a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet par le porteur du projet, badenova,<\/strong> la ville de Fribourg-en-Brisgauet 1<\/strong>9 autres communes de la zone potentielle.\u00a0<\/strong>Un conseil citoyen compos\u00e9 de 40 personnes est d\u00e9sormais clairement favorable au projet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lors d’une manifestation publique, les membres du conseil citoyen ont remis le rapport final aux porteurs de projet de badenova.<\/p><\/div>\n

Le conseil citoyen a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 avec des citoyennes et citoyens de la r\u00e9gion choisis au hasard. Quatre soir\u00e9es d’auditions intensives d’experts, de nombreuses heures de travail d\u00e9taill\u00e9 sur des th\u00e8mes centraux et un vote sur 74 \u00e9valuations et recommandations ont abouti \u00e0 un rapport final de 60 pages. Le scepticisme initial s’est transform\u00e9 en approbation : lors du vote final, 31 des 34 citoyens du Conseil ont soutenu la mise en \u0153uvre du projet.<\/p>\n
