La g\u00e9othermie de moyenne profondeur (500 \u00e0 3000 m\u00e8tres) n’est pas encore exploit\u00e9e dans le canton d’Uri. Cela pourrait bient\u00f4t changer. Le gouvernement uranais r\u00e9pond favorablement \u00e0 la demande d’une recommandation parlementaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La g\u00e9othermie a encore du potentiel dans le canton d’Uri. C’est la conviction de Raphael Walker (Verts, Altdorf) et du second signataire Ruedy Zgraggen (PDC, Attinghausen). Dans une recommandation parlementaire, les deux d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont demand\u00e9 au Conseil d’Etat, en septembre 2019 d\u00e9j\u00e0, de faire \u00e9valuer le potentiel de la g\u00e9othermie de moyenne profondeur au moyen d’une \u00e9tude. Le canton d’Uri fait partie, avec Glaris et les deux Appenzell, des seuls cantons \u00e0 ne pas avoir \u00e9valu\u00e9 le potentiel de la g\u00e9othermie, \u00e9crivent les deux d\u00e9put\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La g\u00e9othermie figure sur l’agenda politique au canton d’Uri.<\/p><\/div>\n

Le Conseil d’Etat reconna\u00eet la contribution possible de la g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 la politique climatique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique cantonale
\n<\/strong>Pr\u00e8s d’un an et demi apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de leur intervention, les conseillers r\u00e9gionaux obtiennent d\u00e9sormais gain de cause aupr\u00e8s du Conseil d’Etat uranais. La g\u00e9othermie peu profonde, sous forme de sondes g\u00e9othermiques et d’exploitation des eaux souterraines, est soutenue depuis le lancement du programme de promotion de l’\u00e9nergie du canton d’Uri en 2000. Avec succ\u00e8s : jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, environ 800 autorisations de forage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9es, \u00abce qui constitue une contribution importante \u00e0 l’utilisation de la chaleur ambiante\u00bb.<\/p>\n

En revanche, la g\u00e9othermie de moyenne profondeur n’est pas encore exploit\u00e9e dans le canton d’Uri, \u00e0 l’exception de l’utilisation de l’eau des tunnels \u00e0 Erstfeld ou Realp. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis de la politique climatique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, le Conseil d’Etat estime qu’il est indispensable de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l’utilisation de la chaleur ambiante\u00bb, peut-on lire dans la r\u00e9ponse. La g\u00e9othermie de moyenne profondeur pourrait apporter une contribution non n\u00e9gligeable \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard – pour autant qu’il existe un potentiel exploitable avec une rentabilit\u00e9 correspondante.<\/p>\n

La nouvelle strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du canton sera disponible d’ici fin 2022
\n<\/strong>Actuellement, les travaux relatifs \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration de la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique globale du canton sont en cours, l’objectif \u00e9tant de la soumettre au Parlement pour information d’ici fin 2022. \u00abL’utilisation accrue de la g\u00e9othermie joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le dans ce contexte\u00bb, \u00e9crit le Conseil d’Etat dans sa r\u00e9ponse. La recommandation parlementaire relative \u00e0 l’\u00e9laboration d’une \u00e9tude de potentiel pour l’exploitation de la g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 moyenne profondeur sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans ce cadre, ajoute-t-il. Le Conseil d’Etat recommande donc au Parlement, lors de sa session du 30 mars, de transmettre la recommandation parlementaire.<\/p>\n
