Gr\u00fcnwald Equity Geothermie (GET), exploitant d’une centrale g\u00e9othermique en Bavi\u00e8re, a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu \u00e0 Equitix. Il s’agit du premier investissement dans le secteur de la g\u00e9othermie pour l’investisseur britannique qui poss\u00e8de un large portefeuille dans le domaine des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"La<\/a>

La centrale g\u00e9othermique \u00e0 Traunreut en Bavi\u00e8re<\/p><\/div>\n

Situ\u00e9e au nord-est du lac de Chiem en Bavi\u00e8re, la GET est en service depuis 2014. Depuis, la chaleur de l’eau thermale est transmise au r\u00e9seau de chauffage urbain de la Stadtwerke Traun-reut (SWT) via des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur. Le chauffage urbain est fourni \u00e0 la ville \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d’environ 100 degr\u00e9s Celsius. En fonction des besoins, les services municipaux peuvent tirer jusqu’\u00e0 12 m\u00e9gawatts de puissance thermique de l’installation g\u00e9othermique et approvisionner ainsi plus de 2000 clients priv\u00e9s et industriels dans la zone urbaine de Traunreut.<\/p>\n

Une des centrales g\u00e9othermiques les plus efficaces d’Allemagne
\n<\/strong>Pendant la derni\u00e8re phase du projet, d’ao\u00fbt 2014 \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2015, une centrale ORC (centrale de production d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9) d’une puissance allant jusqu’\u00e0 5 m\u00e9gawatts \u00e9lectriques a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e en plus de la production de chaleur. Depuis janvier 2016, l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite de mani\u00e8re durable est inject\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. La quantit\u00e9 d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite, environ 30\u2019000 m\u00e9gawattheures par an, couvre les besoins d’environ 10\u2019000 m\u00e9nages. Selon l’exploitant, environ 80 millions d’euros ont \u00e9t\u00e9 investis dans la construction de l’installation. Elle compte aujourd’hui parmi les centrales g\u00e9othermiques les plus efficaces d’Allemagne.<\/p>\n

Premier investissement dans le secteur de la g\u00e9othermie
\n<\/strong>L’investisseur Equitix compte dans son portefeuille une cinquantaine d’investissements dans le secteur des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, dont des installations photovolta\u00efques, des parcs \u00e9oliens onshore et offshore, la biomasse et des centrales hydro\u00e9lectriques. L’acquisition de GET est le premier investissement dans le secteur de la g\u00e9othermie. Equitix pr\u00e9voit une dur\u00e9e d’exploitation r\u00e9siduelle de 42 ans pour l’installation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
