Pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, un champ de sondes g\u00e9othermiques sera mis en service \u00e0 une profondeur de 800 m. <\/strong><!--more--><strong>Les 35 sondes g\u00e9othermiques coaxiales avec une exploitation de la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle chaufferont les premiers logements et locaux commerciaux du nouveau \u00e9coquartier.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le site des Plaines-du-Loup accueillera les habitants et\u00a0 emplois sur une surface de 30 hectares, avec des espaces verts, des installations sportives, des \u00e9quipements publics et des b\u00e2timents construits selon les derni\u00e8res normes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et \u00e9cologiques. La solution adopt\u00e9e pour la production de chaleur r\u00e9pond aux crit\u00e8res de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 2\u2019000 watts. Le nouveau champ de 35 sondes g\u00e9othermiques verticales coaxiales qui sera install\u00e9, r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une large \u00e9tude pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019espacement et l\u2019influence des sondes \u00e0 500 m et 800 m de profondeur. Ainsi, plus les sondes sont profondes et espac\u00e9es, plus la temp\u00e9rature de retour est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et, par cons\u00e9quent, le nombre de sondes n\u00e9cessaires pour couvrir la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique diminue.
