L\u2019a\u00e9roport de Zurich est l\u2019un des gros consommateurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie de Suisse. Les pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques forment l\u2019\u00e9pine dorsale de l\u2019approvisionnement en chaleur et en froid. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s dans tous les nouveaux b\u00e2timents de l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Zurich \u2013 comme dans \u00abThe Circle\u00bb, en service depuis 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Terminal E (Source: Flughafen Z\u00fcrich)<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Le terminal E est un b\u00e2timent moderne d\u2019accueil et d\u2019a\u00e9rogare de passagers, qui est reli\u00e9 au b\u00e2timent principal de l\u2019a\u00e9roport par l\u2019a\u00e9rotrain. Le terrain constructible est tr\u00e8s instable. 441 pieux de fondation, qui s\u2019\u00e9tendent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la moraine de fond stable \u00e0 une profondeur d\u2019environ 30 m, assurent la stabilit\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent de 485 m de long. Ils ont un diam\u00e8tre de 0,9-1,5 m. Avec un faible surco\u00fbt, 306 pieux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9changeurs de chaleur (pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques).<\/p>\n

70 pourcent du besoin en chaleur en hiver, 50 pourcent du besoin en refroidissement en \u00e9t\u00e9
\n<\/strong>Avec les pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, le sous-sol peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme une installation de stockage saisonnier. Le volume de stockage thermique est d\u2019environ 660’000 m\u00b3. En hiver, l\u2019installation g\u00e9othermique peut couvrir environ 70 pourcent des besoins en chaleur. En \u00e9t\u00e9, on peut refroidir. Dans le dit \u00abg\u00e9ocooling\u00bb, la chaleur r\u00e9siduelle est introduite dans le r\u00e9servoir souterrain par les pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Plus de 50 pourcent des besoins en refroidissement sont ainsi couverts. 40 pourcent de la chaleur retir\u00e9e sont ainsi restock\u00e9s dans le sous-sol par le g\u00e9ocooling. Lors de charges de refroidissement tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es, une machine frigorifique soutient le fonctionnement.<\/p>\n

Chaleur gagn\u00e9e par mois (chauffage, barres jaunes), respectivement de la chaleur stock\u00e9e (g\u00e9o-cooling; barres bleues), ainsi que les temp\u00e9ratures de l\u2019eau glycol\u00e9e lors de l\u2019extraction de cha-leur (chauffage, carr\u00e9s jaunes), respectivement de la chaleur stock\u00e9e (g\u00e9ocooling, triangles bleus; source: Pahud).<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Le principe de fonctionnement d\u2019un pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique correspond \u00e0 celui d\u2019une sonde g\u00e9othermique normale. Cependant, les tubes en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ne sont pas ins\u00e9r\u00e9s et ciment\u00e9s dans un trou de forage, mais encastr\u00e9s dans les pieux en b\u00e9ton. \u00c0 Zurich, 5 tubes en forme de U ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour chaque pieu. Une pompe \u00e0 chaleur est utilis\u00e9e pour le chauffage, afin d\u2019atteindre le niveau de temp\u00e9rature requis de 40\u00b0C dans le circuit de chauffage.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>L\u2019installation g\u00e9othermique du terminal E est une r\u00e9ussite. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Zurich a \u00e9quip\u00e9 le nouveau complexe \u00abThe Circle\u00bb d\u2019une telle installation aussi \u00e9cologique et efficace. Ces 1150 pieux de fondation (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1,5 m de diam\u00e8tre et 55 m de profondeur), 1000 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9s comme pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Avec environ 1,8 MW, c\u2019est l\u2019une des plus modernes et des plus puissantes installations de pieux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d\u2019Europe. \u00c0 l\u2019avenir, en fonction des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques,\u00a0 75 \u00e0 100 pourcent de la chaleur et du froid du \u00abThe Circle\u00bb proviendront du sous-sol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
