Pour le chauffage (hiver) et le rafra\u00eechissement (\u00e9t\u00e9) du b\u00e2timent, 13 sondes g\u00e9othermiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es \u00e0 une profondeur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 200 m\u00e8tres sous la construction, o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature est d\u2019env. 14,5 \u00b0C. Chaque sonde g\u00e9othermique se com-pose d\u2019un tube \u00e0 double guidage ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le trou de forage. Le trou de forage est ensuite rempli avec d\u2019une sorte de ciment (bentonite). Illustration: SUPSI<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Bilan de l\u2019examen: afin de permettre une utilisation durable du sous-sol, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser ces syst\u00e8mes \u00e9galement pour le rafra\u00eechissement. Cette \u00e9tude a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le g\u00e9ocooling permettait de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de fa\u00e7on efficace le sous-sol en \u00e9t\u00e9, apr\u00e8s que l\u2019on ait extrait la chaleur en hiver; de plus, les b\u00e2timents peuvent ainsi \u00eatre rafra\u00eechis \u00e0 un niveau de temp\u00e9rature agr\u00e9able, tout en consommant relativement peu d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique.
