Le Grand Conseil a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 des adaptations de la loi sur l\u2019utilisation du sous-sol. Le crit\u00e8re d\u00e9cisif pour l\u2019autorisation des forages pour l\u2019utilisation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie g\u00e9othermique n\u2019est plus que leur profondeur (d\u00e8s 600 m).<\/strong> <!--more--><strong>Le crit\u00e8re de la limite de puissance a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9. De ce fait, les grandes installations superficielles, telles que les champs de sondes, devaient satisfaire aux m\u00eames exigences que les installations de g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 moyenne profondeur et profonde.
