Hans Rickenbacher faisait partie du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019initiative et a dirig\u00e9 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e fondatrice \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel National \u00e0 Berne. Il se souvient des premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>par Hans Rickenbacher, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral SVG-SSG 1990-2006<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Hans-Rickenbacher.jpeg\" rel=\"lightbox-0\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-14250 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/geothermie-schweiz.ch\/wp_live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Hans-Rickenbacher-e1594068261565.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"393\" height=\"550\" \/><\/a>\u00abEncore dans les ann\u00e9es huitante, des g\u00e9ologues ont d\u00e9couvert que des sp\u00e9cialistes en \u00e9nergie eux-m\u00eames connaissaient peu les diverses formes d\u2019utilisation de la g\u00e9othermie. Dans cet esprit, je me souviens encore tr\u00e8s bien aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019un \u00e9pisode embl\u00e9matique peu avant la fondation de l\u2019Association: nous avions adress\u00e9 les prospectus d\u2019invitation \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes les personnes en charge des questions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des villes et des cantons. Un\u00a0prospectus nous est alors revenu avec la correction bien intentionn\u00e9e \u00abG\u00e9om\u00e9trie\u00bb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Quelque nonante personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e fondatrice convoqu\u00e9e par le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019initiative. Le premier comit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Jules Wilhelm \u00e9tait en fait identique au Comit\u00e9 d\u2019initiative. La majorit\u00e9 de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de g\u00e9ologues. J\u2019ai dirig\u00e9 le secr\u00e9tariat \u00e0 Bienne jusqu\u2019en 2006. Seuls les frais \u00e9taient indemnis\u00e9s. Avec peu d\u2019argent, mais avec d\u2019autant plus de ferveur, nous avons organis\u00e9 des visites de sites de forage et, au minimum, un s\u00e9minaire chaque ann\u00e9e. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, nous avons publi\u00e9 deux \u00e0 trois fois par an un bulletin d\u2019information \u00e9crit alors en brun. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 des panneaux d\u2019affichage et des prospectus pour les \u00e9coles et la participation \u00e0 des foires. L\u2019important \u00e9tait aussi le r\u00e9seautage avec le monde sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 international de la g\u00e9othermie, et je citerai ici surtout les noms de Lazi\u00a0Rybach et Fran\u00e7ois-David Vuataz. En outre, la SSG a \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable de l\u2019organisation de la European Geothermal Conference \u201999 \u00e0 B\u00e2le.<\/p>\n<p>Je peux le dire avec fiert\u00e9: nos efforts ont trouv\u00e9 un \u00e9cho. Nous avons pu convaincre d\u2019autres personnes aussi des avantages de la g\u00e9othermie en tant qu\u2019\u00e9nergie propre, renouvelable et disponible en permanence. Cela se refl\u00e8te, d\u2019une part, dans le nombre de membres qui a quadrupl\u00e9 dans l\u2019intervalle. D\u2019autre part, un peu plus tard, est n\u00e9e sur notre mod\u00e8le l\u2019Association allemande de la g\u00e9othermie qui nous a rapidement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 en taille. Enfin, dans le cadre du programme \u00ab\u00c9nergie 2000\u00bb, et ensuite du programme \u00abEnergieSuisse\u00bb, nous avons b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la reconnaissance et du soutien financier de l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (OFEN). Avec ces subsides, entre autres, notre bulletin d\u2019information a pu se d\u00e9velopper en une v\u00e9ritable revue sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. Le secr\u00e9tariat a pu aussi se professionnaliser de plus en plus et a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9 avec des points de contact et d\u2019information r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai pu vivre au plus pr\u00e8s, et aussi contribu\u00e9 durant 16 ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019histoire de G\u00e9othermie-Suisse. Certes, depuis 2006, je ne suis plus actif pour l\u2019Association, mais je demeure un membre tout aussi convaincu qu\u2019avant. Mon bilan personnel de ces trente ann\u00e9es est le suivant: avec G\u00e9othermie-Suisse, la g\u00e9othermie a une adresse en Suisse. L\u2019organisation fa\u00eeti\u00e8re est active \u2013 elle coordonne la recherche et la formation, \u00e9change avec les l\u00e9gislateurs et les autorit\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les niveaux politiques. Cela est tr\u00e8s important pour la branche de la g\u00e9othermie, car celle-ci n\u2019a pas une position facile sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. La g\u00e9othermie \u00e0 faible profondeur est certes une histoire \u00e0 succ\u00e8s, mais \u00e0 moyenne profondeur, toutefois, hormis l\u2019installation tr\u00e8s performante de Riehen, plus aucun projet n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 depuis longtemps. Les tentatives pour produire du courant \u00e9lectrique aussi \u00e0 une profondeur encore plus importante ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompues. Mais d\u00e9sormais, cela va de nouveau de l\u2019avant et les signaux de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es me rendent optimiste. Malgr\u00e9 tout, il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire en termes de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019en suis convaincu: dans la perspective de la sortie du nucl\u00e9aire et de la fin des \u00e9nergies fossiles, l\u2019option \u00abg\u00e9othermie\u00bb est incontournable.
