Elle est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l\u2019initiative visant \u00e0 syst\u00e9matiser l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019exp\u00e9riences en mati\u00e8re de g\u00e9othermie. Dans l\u2019entretien, elle explique pourquoi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>G\u00e9othermie-Suisse cr\u00e9e un nouveau poste intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Responsable du Programme Partage d\u2019Exp\u00e9riences en G\u00e9othermie (PEG)\u00a0\u00bb. Pourquoi ce poste est-il n\u00e9cessaire et pourquoi maintenant?<\/strong>
\nGr\u00e2ce aux soutiens financiers mis \u00e0 disposition par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration avec la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique 2050, des projets de g\u00e9othermie voient le jour et une dynamique est lanc\u00e9e. Aujourd’hui, face \u00e0 l’urgence climatique, il est indispensable de capitaliser sur chaque projet et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019expertise acquise afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les pratiques, de faire conna\u00eetre les meilleures d\u2019entre elles et de monter en comp\u00e9tence. Pour que ce partage d’exp\u00e9rience soit efficace, s\u00e9rieux et organis\u00e9, il doit \u00eatre professionnalis\u00e9 et reconnu. C’est la raison pour laquelle un poste est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n

Quel est l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des entreprises, des autorit\u00e9s, des associations et des instituts acad\u00e9miques de participer \u00e0 un tel Partage d\u2019Exp\u00e9riences sous la direction de G\u00e9othermie-Suisse?<\/strong>
\nG\u00e9othermie-Suisse repr\u00e9sente l\u2019ensemble des acteurs du monde de la g\u00e9othermie en Suisse. Elle est au plus pr\u00e8s des premiers projets et des r\u00e9alisations techniques. Elle est ainsi la mieux plac\u00e9e pour jouer le r\u00f4le de courroie de transmission neutre \u00e0 m\u00eame d’identifier les sujets sur lesquelles progresser, r\u00e9unir les acteurs concern\u00e9s et pour diffuser la mati\u00e8re aux entit\u00e9s concern\u00e9es. Que ce soient des mesures de sensibilisation, de l\u2019information, du conseil, de la formation, du perfectionnement et surtout des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 requis au d\u00e9marrage d\u2019une nouvelle fili\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Mais cela fonctionne seulement si les acteurs participant veulent partager leurs connaissances.<\/strong>
\nC\u2019est juste. C\u2019est pourquoi, il est absolument important de cr\u00e9er un climat de confiance. Nous ne voulons pas soutirer des secrets d\u2019affaires aux repr\u00e9sentants du secteur priv\u00e9, mais avoir recours \u00e0 leurs exp\u00e9riences, afin que nous puissions avancer pas \u00e0 pas en tant que branche. Tout le monde peut en profiter, j\u2019en suis s\u00fbre.<\/p>\n

Quel genre de personnes va participer \u00e0 un tel Partage d\u2019Exp\u00e9riences?<\/strong>
\nDes repr\u00e9sentants de ces groupes d’acteurs participeront en fonction de leur exp\u00e9rience avec le th\u00e8me trait\u00e9. Il s’agit donc principalement d’acteurs qui ont particip\u00e9 ou participe \u00e0 un projet li\u00e9 au th\u00e8me. Il s’agit bien de partager les exp\u00e9riences et de diversifier les points de vue.<\/p>\n

Le domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9 du ou de la responsable est vaste et complexe. Quel genre de personne correspond id\u00e9alement au poste?<\/strong>
\nBien que la connaissance de la g\u00e9othermie soit importante, nous cherchons avant tout une personnalit\u00e9 engag\u00e9e, en mesure de cr\u00e9er une culture du retour d’exp\u00e9rience, de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer des acteurs autour du partage d’exp\u00e9rience et de faire vivre cette plateforme.<\/p>\n

Dans quel domaine est-ce que le ou la responsable pourra compter sur un appui\u00a0en personnel? Sous quelle autorit\u00e9 sera-t-elle plac\u00e9e?<\/strong>
\nLe ou la responsable du projet sera sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de l’association G\u00e9othermie-Suisse et pourra compter sur un soutien et une participation active de son comit\u00e9, du secr\u00e9tariat et bien s\u00fbr de sa pr\u00e9sidente. Il y a \u00e9galement un comit\u00e9 de pilotage qui accompagnera et dirigera le programme.<\/p>\n

De quelle mani\u00e8re est-ce que le comit\u00e9 de pilotage COPIL sera compos\u00e9?<\/strong>
\nLe COPIL sera constitu\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants des acteurs suisses de la branche, soit notamment les cantons qui ont montr\u00e9 un fort soutien pour le lancement du programme, la conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration bien s\u00fbr (avec l’OFEN comme contributeur financier majeur), l’industrie, f\u00e9d\u00e9rations professionnelles et l’acad\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n

Quand le ou la responsable du programme occupera sa place le 1er avril 2020 (id\u00e9alement) \u2013 quels seront les premiers pas de cette personne?<\/strong>
\nLa premi\u00e8re mission sera certainement de lancer un premier projet sur un th\u00e8me qui aura \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 par le COPIL. Pour cela il faudra dans un premier temps que cette personne tisse sa toile dans le r\u00e9seau de la g\u00e9othermie, qu\u2019elle aille \u00e0 la rencontre des acteurs et qu\u2019elle organise un premier groupe de partage.<\/p>\n

En combien de temps est-ce possible? Y aura-t-il d\u00e9j\u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e?<\/strong>
\nCertainement\u00a0! Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e, un ou deux premiers sujets auront \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9s, avec des comptes rendus synth\u00e9tiques diffusables. G\u00e9othermie-Suisse et l\u2019OFEN seront comp\u00e9tents pour la publication de ces r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n

Sous quelle forme?<\/strong>
\nNous allons encore le d\u00e9terminer. Le contenu sera \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le ou la responsable de programme PEG avec les participants de l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019exp\u00e9riences, et il va de soi que la communication aura lieu avec l\u2019accord des acteurs. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je souhaite que le programme d\u00e9veloppe une forte dynamique, afin que plus en plus d\u2019acteurs puissent \u00e9galement participer avec conviction \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n

Le programme est pr\u00e9vu pour une dur\u00e9e de cinq ans. Qui est-ce qui contribue au financement?<\/strong>
\nDans un premier temps, pour initier la d\u00e9marche, le financement provient principalement de l’Office F\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l’Energie, puis au fur \u00e0 mesure du d\u00e9veloppement de la plateforme, les contributions seront \u00e9largies \u00e0 toute la branche, notamment aux cantons et \u00e0 l’industrie qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront directement des livrables fournis.<\/p>\n
