Dezember 2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Votre contribution<\/strong><br \/>\nEn tant que responsable du Programme PEG, vous fournissez une contribution significative pour cr\u00e9er une culture du partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences entre tous les acteurs de la g\u00e9othermie. Vous coordonnez vos activit\u00e9s avec un comit\u00e9 de pilotage et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez d\u2019une grande marge de man\u0153uvre. Vous identifiez les sujets \u00e0 traiter et travaillez parall\u00e8lement dans diff\u00e9rents projets avec des sp\u00e9cialistes choisis par vous-m\u00eame. Vous d\u00e9cidez de la forme du partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences et \u00eates responsables de la documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vos comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><br \/>\nLe poste exige la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9couter, d\u2019observer, d\u2019instaurer la confiance, et requiert suffisamment d\u2019autorit\u00e9 pour g\u00e9rer les sp\u00e9cialistes et mod\u00e9rer les requ\u00eates les plus diversifi\u00e9es. La capacit\u00e9 de penser en r\u00e9seau et une organisation de travail tr\u00e8s structur\u00e9e sont indispensables. Vous \u00eates capable de communiquer en trois langues (allemand, fran\u00e7ais, anglais) \u00e0 l\u2019oral comme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9crit. Vous \u00eates au b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me universitaire en g\u00e9ographie, sciences de l\u2019environnement, sciences de la Terre ou d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me \u00e9quivalent. Par ailleurs, vous avez acquis une exp\u00e9rience de plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans la gestion de projets et des connaissances, ainsi que de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine de la g\u00e9othermie.
