Les habitants de Champs-sur-Marne, \u00e0 l\u2019est de Paris, peuvent prendre part \u00e0 un projet de g\u00e9othermie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la plate-forme Lumo. Il s\u2019agit du premier projet g\u00e9othermique ouvert \u00e0 ce type de financement \u2013 l\u2019investissement participatif.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le projet de g\u00e9othermie de Champs-sur-Marne repr\u00e9sente un investissement de 40 millions d’euros. Sa mise en service est pr\u00e9vue fin 2021. Il est port\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 d’agglom\u00e9ration Paris-Vall\u00e9e-de-la-Marne et G\u00e9oMarne, filiale locale d’Engie Solutions. Les deux avant-puits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en juillet, en attendant le d\u00e9marrage du forage plus profond mi-novembre. La future centrale g\u00e9othermique permettra d’alimenter 10 000 logements via un r\u00e9seau de chaleur de 19 km. La g\u00e9othermie alimentera \u00e0 82 % ce r\u00e9seau de chaleur. Les \u00e9missions \u00e9vit\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la centrale correspondront \u00e0 celles de 17 000 v\u00e9hicules par an.<\/p>\n

Renforcer l\u2019ancrage territorial en impliquant les riverains
\n<\/strong>Une r\u00e9union d’information sur l’ouverture du projet G\u00e9oMarne au financement participatif s\u2019est tenue d\u00e9but novembre en pr\u00e9sence de Lumo, une plate-forme de financement participatif d\u00e9di\u00e9e au d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Afin de \u00abrenforcer l’ancrage territorial du projet en impliquant les riverains dans son succ\u00e8s\u00bb, Engie Solutions a mis en place la premi\u00e8re collecte de financement participatif pour ce type de projet. Ce dispositif permettra aux locaux d’investir leur \u00e9pargne dans cette installation. Lumo est aussi la \u00abpremi\u00e8re plate-forme \u00e0 offrir l’opportunit\u00e9 aux citoyens de contribuer \u00e0 un projet d’\u00e9nergie de source g\u00e9othermale. Les revenus g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par la vente de l’\u00e9nergie produite permettront au porteur de projet de rembourser avec int\u00e9r\u00eats\u00bb, indique la plate-forme. La participation financi\u00e8re au projet est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux habitants de la Communaut\u00e9 d’Agglom\u00e9ration Paris-Vall\u00e9e de la Marne et d’Ile-de-France.<\/p>\n
