Les services industriels de Munich \u00abStadtwerke M\u00fcnchen (SWM)\u00bb ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le cinqui\u00e8me forage sur six pour l\u2019installation g\u00e9othermique sur le site \u00abHKW S\u00fcd\u00bb. Depuis le 25 septembre, les essais de pompage y montrent si le rendement et la temp\u00e9rature de la r\u00e9serve d\u2019eau thermale correspondent aux attentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats des tests de performance sur les quatre premiers forages \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 prometteurs: la temp\u00e9rature est nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que pr\u00e9vue, et le rendement correspond au plan. Sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es, les SWM sont confiants que la performance effective de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019installation sur le site \u00abHKW S\u00fcd\u00bb surpassera encore les 50\u00a0m\u00e9gawatts pr\u00e9vus. Les SWM pourront alors approvisionner plus de 80\u2019000 Munichoises et Munichois en chaleur \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n

L\u2019installation sera raccord\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau l\u2019hiver prochain
\n<\/strong>Au second semestre 2020, les travaux devraient \u00eatre achev\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble des six puits de forage. La centrale thermique h\u00e9bergeant la technique sera construite en parall\u00e8le. Apr\u00e8s les essais de pompage \u00e0 long terme finaux, l\u2019installation doit \u00eatre raccord\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau pour la saison de chauffage 2020\/21.<\/p>\n

Munich joue un r\u00f4le de pionnier en Allemagne
\n<\/strong>Les SWM sont un des pionniers concernant la g\u00e9othermie profonde. Ils exploitent actuellement cinq installations g\u00e9othermiques \u00e0 Munich et dans la r\u00e9gion. Dans le cadre de leur offensive d\u2019extension d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables, les SWM d\u00e9veloppent les \u00e9nergies renouvelables de mani\u00e8re holistique, tant dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 que dans celui de la chaleur. Leur objectif est de faire de Munich la premi\u00e8re grande ville allemande jusqu\u2019en 2040, dans laquelle la chaleur \u00e0 distance est exploit\u00e9e \u00e0 100 pourcent neutre en CO2<\/sub>. La g\u00e9othermie y apportera une contribution importante. La vision de la chaleur \u00e0 distance des SWM devient r\u00e9alit\u00e9!<\/p>\n

La ville d\u2019un million d\u2019habitants devra \u00eatre approvisionn\u00e9e en grande partie par la chaleur g\u00e9othermique jusqu\u2019en 2040.
