Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, aucunes donn\u00e9es fiables n\u2019\u00e9taient disponibles concernant la dur\u00e9e de vie de pompes \u00e0 chaleur. Une \u00e9tude de la ZHAW a tent\u00e9 de combler ce manque de connaissances, afin de calculer l\u2019ensemble des frais du cycle de vie et de les comparer avec d\u2019autres formes de production de chaleur. <\/strong>L\u2019un des r\u00e9sultats est que la dur\u00e9e de vie des pompes \u00e0 chaleur glycol\u00e9es\/eau est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que suppos\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/strong><\/p>\n

R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l’\u00e9tude
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

M\u00e9thode:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les facteurs pertinents pour les frais du cycle de vie des pompes \u00e0 chaleur (PC) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relev\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit, en particulier\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. des frais d\u2019acquisition,<\/li>\n
  2. de leur dur\u00e9e de vie,<\/li>\n
  3. de leur efficacit\u00e9,<\/li>\n
  4. des frais de maintenance et de r\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00c0 cette fin, des recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es dans la litt\u00e9rature de recherche nationale et internationale, et plusieurs sondages visant \u00e0 saisir des donn\u00e9es provenant de la pratique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s. Ces sondages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement importants pour collecter les donn\u00e9es de la dur\u00e9e de vie, des frais d\u2019acquisition et des frais de maintenance et de r\u00e9paration. Les sondages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9s par courrier postal et \u00e9lectronique. En particulier l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des pompes \u00e0 chaleur a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e dans la litt\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n

    R\u00e9sultats essentiels\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    La dur\u00e9e de vie de pompes \u00e0 chaleur g\u00e9othermiques, respectivement de pompes \u00e0 chaleur glycol\u00e9es\/eau (PC S-E) est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que suppos\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Elle est en moyenne de juste 27 ans. Nous ne pouvons pas faire de d\u00e9clarations aussi fiables sur les pompes \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau (PC A-E), cependant notre analyse d\u00e9montre une dur\u00e9e de vie moyenne d\u2019environ 20 ans.<\/p>\n

    Les frais d\u2019acquisition correspondent aux attentes, un investissement important est donc n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n

    Les frais de maintenance et de r\u00e9paration des pompes \u00e0 chaleur sont tr\u00e8s bas. Ils sont en moyenne inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 100 fr. par an.<\/p>\n

    Les abonnement de service s\u2019av\u00e8rent peu rentables.<\/p>\n

    Les co\u00fbts du cycle de vie des PC S-E et A-E pour de petites maisons individuelles ne diff\u00e8rent pas de fa\u00e7on significative.<\/p>\n

    Les chauffages au mazout et au gaz pour les petites installations dans des maisons individuelles sont presque toujours moins rentables en comparaison avec les pompes \u00e0 chaleur, et ce, aussi quand diff\u00e9rentes facteurs d\u2019influence varient.<\/p>\n

    Les pompes \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau tout comme les pompes \u00e0 chaleur glycol\u00e9es\/eau repr\u00e9sentent une possibilit\u00e9 avantageuse aussi de refroidir un b\u00e2timent. \u00c0 la suite du nombre relativement faible d\u2019heures \u00e0 pleine charge de refroidissement, c\u2019est le montant d\u2019investissement qui est surtout d\u00e9cisif ici. Les climatisations classiques pour de petits b\u00e2timents devraient \u00eatre trois fois plus ch\u00e8res que l\u2019utilisation de sondes g\u00e9othermiques pour le refroidissement.<\/p>\n

    \"Les<\/a>

    Les pompes \u00e0 chaleur glycol\u00e9es\/eau sont efficientes.<\/p><\/div>\n

    En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, on constate que les pompes \u00e0 chaleur sont la solution la moins co\u00fbteuse pour chauffer, approvisionner en eau chaude et, si besoin, refroidir une maison individuelle ou un petit immeuble d\u2019habitation. En m\u00eame temps, au moins 60\u00a0% jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80\u00a0% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie naturelle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e. Les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre peuvent \u00eatre nettement r\u00e9duites. Chauffer au mazout ou au gaz est plus cher \u00e0 long terme par rapport aux pompes \u00e0 chaleur et ne devrait plus \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 surtout aussi \u00e0 cause des \u00e9missions de CO2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n

    Avec des frais annuels \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s similaires, les pompes \u00e0 chaleur glycol\u00e9es\/eau sont beaucoup plus efficaces que les pompes \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau. En outre, le r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique est nettement moins charg\u00e9 lors de jours de froid. C\u2019est pourquoi, dans la mesure du possible, des pompes \u00e0 chaleurs avec des sondes g\u00e9othermiques devraient \u00eatre pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es aux pompes \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau.<\/p>\n
