Une commission d\u2019enqu\u00eate mandat\u00e9e par le gouvernement sud-cor\u00e9en est d\u00e9sormais parvenue \u00e0 la conclusion que le tremblement de terre d\u2019une magnitude de 5.4 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clench\u00e9 par des injections \u00e0 haute pression lors du forage. <\/strong><!--more--><strong>La\u00a0pression utilis\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle autoris\u00e9e en Suisse. D\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques semaines avant la publication du rapport sud-cor\u00e9en, Geo-Energie Suisse avait donc pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son propre rapport au gouvernement jurassien. En plus des conclusions concernant le projet g\u00e9othermique \u00e0 Pohang, le rapport contient \u00e9galement des r\u00e9sultats importants pour la centrale pr\u00e9vue et autoris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 36px; width: 840px; background-color: #fffcfc;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 1538px;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Constatation pour le projet de g\u00e9othermie profonde \u00e0 Haute-Sorne<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Le concept du projet g\u00e9othermique approuv\u00e9 \u00e0 Haute-Sorne, sa mise en \u0153uvre avec une \u00e9valuation continue des risques par des experts externes ainsi que le contexte tectonique diff\u00e8rent fondamentalement de ceux du projet sud-cor\u00e9en.<\/li>\n<li>Les injections \u00e0 haute pression pour le projet g\u00e9othermique sud-cor\u00e9en ont eu lieu \u00e0 trois reprises en 2016 et 2017, durant deux semaines chaque fois, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une zone de faille sismiquement instable. Qui plus est, une pression exceptionnellement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 900 bars, a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e. Cette pression est trois fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la pression maximale utilis\u00e9e pour le projet g\u00e9othermique de B\u00e2le en 2006 &#8211; et neuf fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle autoris\u00e9e pour de tels puits en France.<\/li>\n<li>La r\u00e9alisation et l&rsquo;exploitation du projet g\u00e9othermique de Haute-Sorne sont soumises \u00e0 de nombreuses conditions fix\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s. Celles relatives \u00e0 la sismicit\u00e9 induite sont particuli\u00e8rement strictes et exigeantes. Si de telles exigences avaient \u00e9galement exist\u00e9 pour le projet g\u00e9othermique de Pohang, en Cor\u00e9e du Sud, les travaux auraient d\u00fb \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but des injections \u00e0 haute pression.
