Selon les circonstances, un projet g\u00e9othermique concerne l\u2019ensemble de ces ressources, et le sous-sol doit alors \u00eatre partag\u00e9 avec d\u2019autres acteurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Les utilisations sont multiples et se sont accrues: les propri\u00e9taires fonciers construisent des caves et r\u00e9alisent des forages pour des sondes g\u00e9othermiques, les services publics posent des conduites d\u2019approvisionnement, l\u2019Etat construit des tunnels pour les transports, des entreprises priv\u00e9es extraient du gravier et des roches, les entreprises d\u2019approvisionnement en eau et les agriculteurs exploitent les nappes phr\u00e9atiques.
