La g\u00e9othermie est disponible partout et les conditions-cadre sont favorables. Cette constatation a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment moteur des deux premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances d\u2019information \u00abG\u00e9othermie pour les villes et communes\u00bb qui ont eu lieu \u00e0 Lausanne et Zurich au mois de janvier sur l\u2019initiative de G\u00e9othermie-Suisse, et d\u2019autres doivent suivre.<\/strong>L\u2019objectif de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements est de d\u00e9montrer aux villes et communes comment elles peuvent exploiter la g\u00e9othermie dans leur espace urbain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Environ 30 personnes se sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es \u00e0 Zurich…<\/p><\/div>\n

Des experts sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les avantages de la g\u00e9othermie devant un parterre d\u2019une trentaine de repr\u00e9sentantes et repr\u00e9sentants de villes, communes, cantons et entreprises d\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie. Champs de sondes, utilisation des nappes phr\u00e9atiques ou installations g\u00e9othermiques de moyenne profondeur: les conditions pr\u00e9alables g\u00e9ologiques sur le Plateau permettent partout des installations judicieusement dimensionn\u00e9es et ax\u00e9es sur les besoins concrets des villes et communes. La g\u00e9othermie peut couvrir le besoin en chaleur et en refroidissement de b\u00e2timents administratifs ou de grands complexes industriels, voire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des quartiers entiers.<\/p>\n

Soutien professionnel et financier
\n<\/strong>Pour diverses raisons, il est plus facile aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019entreprendre un projet g\u00e9othermique que par le pass\u00e9. Premi\u00e8rement, les exp\u00e9riences d\u2019autres projets en Suisse et dans les pays voisins sont disponibles, de sorte que des sources d\u2019erreurs potentielles peuvent \u00eatre identifi\u00e9es d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but. Deuxi\u00e8mement, il existe de nouveaux outils de swisstopo<\/a><\/span>, qui forment une base importante pour la planification de projets g\u00e9othermiques. \n<\/strong>Un premier bilan des deux \u00e9v\u00e9nements est positif.
